    Very easy to squirt into your mouth (they recommend the inside of your cheek), and it tastes fine. Incredibly convenient and great if you have difficulty swallowing or can't have oil (like me), as it doesn't involve either.Can't comment on the quality of the nutrition itself, of course; but assuming it's comparable to other forms of supplementation (and direct absorption through the mucous membrane should be very good?), this is an absolute no-brainer.
