Edit: Had an issue with one of the three where the ear piece was cutting out intermittently but after contacting the seller they were happy to send out a replacement headset for us and we have now sorted the problem. Ideal customer service even after buying a few months ago. Definitely a happy customer.Below is my review from the single headset purchase, applies to the double purchase too.We now own three of these for each of the riders in our household because they are superb.I've been dealing with cheapy sub £20 headsets whilst commuting to work prior to buying these and now owning this I can tell you how dreadful the cheap sets were. I am very glad I bought these.This headset is great, it's got good volume that doesn't lose quality or deafen you after riding and the controls on the box that attaches to the helmet are large enough that even my winter gloves could work the buttons.The set comes with the headset (which you see the photos of) flat-ish speakers (preferably your helmet will have a slight indented circle for these) and a choice of two microphones where one is a full face mic and the other is on a metal arm for half face helmets.The microphone quality when paired with other headsets of this brand are good quality and easily distinguishable when talking away, I was quite surprised with how little bike noises and wind you hear through these.Battery life hasn't been an issue yet but I usually charge them up every second ride or so, that way I usually have near enough full charge.Installation for my helmet (Biltwell Gringo S) was fine as all the inner pads can be detached. The wires between the speakers and the mic are all connected so you may struggle installing if you can't take interior of your helmet out.Another neat feature these headsets can do is tune into the radio, it's a bit fiddly and you can't enter a precise frequency so you just scan up or down the range until you find something (preferably classical on a nice quiet night home.)

What can I say easy to connect Bluetooth, took a wee while to get it to recall last number dialed eventually worked it out (must read instructions properly) contacted customer support also emailed company and during this process I managed to get it up and running.Pictures included are of it fixed to my helmet the one lit up is it on, so far I'm loving it although have not been able to use on bike yet due to hubby's work load HGV , we definitely recommend and we are looking to purchase a single one as a gift.UPDATE : well have used a few times out on the motorbike intercom quality good it takes 1 - 2 seconds to connect clear sound at all speeds, trial + error fitting ear pieces so they are right at ears for better sound quality also make sure Mike isn't attached too close to mouth end up garbled speech, music sound quality is real good. still to try radio and also try sharing music between 2 headsets.Sadly found out this device cannot share music.

I looked around and tried some other models but found the Fodsports FX4 Pro was the best 2 way intercom for use on my motorbike. Easy setup and use great range and clarity when in use and long battery life. I would recommend it over more expensive products.

Work well after slightly trick setup. Bit off a faff having to connect individually to 2 other units every time.Good volume and clear up to motorway speeds. Claimed battery life assumes 20% usage, if you talk a lot 6 hours is about it.

When I first used it for 2 way communication with my passenger it seemed like its all great. We then went on a group ride of 4 people and we all connected together. Each unit is assigned a code A, B, C or D. C and D was getting disconnected constantly, around every 5 minutes. And it takes another minute or so for them to reconnect automatically. This was just causing frustration the whole journey.If you use it for 2 way then its probably fine. For a group I do not recommend this at all.

Fine as rider to pillion but not great IMO for 3 or 4 people, picks up lot of interference when not that far apart, not the step on from V4/V6 expected...but easier to pair and use buttons

Acheté depuis octobre 2023, sincèrement c'est un intercom qui a répondu à mes besoins, le son est parfait, l'isolation de bruit concernant le micro est génial, que je discute avec une personne elle entend que ma voie rien d'autre ! Franchement je recommande !
Cumple perfectamente su función
Todo viene muy bien explicado y ordenado en su caja.Ha sido poco laborioso el instalarlo en los cascos.Hemos realizado una pequeña prueba en casa, y la conexión con el móvil y con la otra unidad ha sido sencilla y efectiva. Se escucha muy bien.He probado la función de llamada, walkies entre unidades, y la función radio. En todas las pruebas ha habido un resultado satisfactorio.Queda realizar la prueba en marcha, pero creo que cumplirá su propósito.Altamente recomendable por su precio.

FodSports FX6 vs FX4 vs.. buoni prodotti medi
Ho acquistato 3 differenti interfoni per trovare il migliore. In particolare, ho acquistato Fodsports FX4, Fodsports FX6 e uno di marca blasonata americana che chiamerò prodotto S d’ora in avanti.Tutti e tre i prodotti (composti da due interfoni) li ho pagati attorno ai 130€ grazie ad delle offerte. Per farla breve il prodotto S l’ho restituito subito. Nulla da dire sulla qualità costruttiva, ma purtroppo essendo un prodotto di vecchia concezione la differenza si fa sentire anche paragonandola a marche molto meno note, ma nuove.Per tutti e tre ho fatto delle prove statiche, cioè non li ho ancora provati in moto, ma semplicemente passeggiando. Aggioramento: ho provato FX4 in moto: Fantastico. Si sente bene anche se duistianti, con il casco jet l'altra persona non sente il vento.Cosa mi è piaciuto FX6:- Microfono sensibile- Sistema di aggancio al casco (clip con due viti + piastrina con la stessa dimensione dell’interfono)- Sistema di aggancio dell’interfono al supporto (c’è una piccola clip)- Qualità del suono- Pulsanti semplici da premere- Facile da usareCosa non mi è piaciuto FX6:- Difficoltà nell’accoppiamento tra le due unità e tra unità e cellulare. (Ad esempio, ho dovuto accoppiare due volte gli interfoni perché alla prima erano lentissimi a collegarsi quando si voleva entrare in modalità interfono; consiglio: quando eseguite l’accoppiamento, spegnete tutti i dispositivi con bluetooth nelle vicinanze altrimenti si confondono)- Sono IPX6 quindi resistono alla pioggia, ma non mi danno la sensazione di impermeabilità- La rotellina per alzare ed abbassare il volume non ruta a 360°, ma solo in su ed in giù e mi dà l’impressione di fragile anche se per quello che ho visto è solo impressione.Cosa mi è piaciuto FX4:- Qualità del suono- Pulsanti grandi- IP67 e sembra veramente essere progettato per resistere all’acqua- Batteria- Velocissimo nell’accoppiamentoCosa non mi è piaciuto FX4:- Sistema di aggancio al casco (clip metallica stretta; si deve usare sempre il “pollice opponibile” per azionare i pulsanti, cioè bisogna afferrarlo e non solo premere contro il casco, ma ci si convive bene)- Sistema di aggancio dell’interfono al supporto (per sganciarlo basta girare, ma essendo plastica prima o poi si allenta; io inserisco un pezzo di metallo per abbassare la linguetta ed estrarlo più facilmente)- Leggero ronzio di sottofondo quando l’interfono è aperto e non si parla (non si sente nemmeno quando si è in moto perché il rumore del vento è molto maggiore)- Qunasi si ha l'interfono aperto, si possono ricevere le chiamate, ma non si sente più il navigatore (è un particolare non da poco, ma ho scoperto che quasi tutti fanno così)In generale FX6 ed FX4 hanno una portata tra due unità di 300/350mt. Non male considerate che per tutti gli interfoni la portata del produttore va divisa almeno per due se non per tre. Quello blasonato dichiarava 700mt e dopo 50mt iniziava già ad essere disturbato. Questi fino a 300 erano limpidi.Alla fine, io ho tenuto FX4. Mi sembra più robusto e adatto al mio scopo
Prodotto veramente valido per il prezzo d'acquisto
A distanza di quasi un anno dall'acquisto posso confermare che il prodotto è molto valido per il prezzo d'acquisto. L'ho pagato intorno ai €70 a Novermbre 2023, ora si trova anche a €60 circa e vi dico che per questo prezzo è difficile trovare di meglio. Installazione abbastanza semplice (LS2 Valiant), anche se ovviamente dipende dal casco. La qualità dell'audio è molto buona, io lo uso in scooter e ho sempre il parabrezza, quindi non ho mai problemi di rumore causato dal vento, ma l'ho provato anche in moto senza alcun riparo dal vento e con scarico rumoroso e si sente comunque bene fino ai 90 km/h circa, oltre l'audio diventa chiaramente più disturbato dal vento, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la musica. Le chiamate invece sono sempre abbastanza buone, bisogna alzare un po' la voce in velocità ma l'interlocutore vi sente sempre abbastanza bene. L'ho paragonato anche con un Cardo che costa almeno €100 in più installato su un altro casco, se tornassi indietro probabilmente non ricomprerei il Cardo, l'audio è tranquillamente paragonabile tra i due, per assurdo mi sembra che il Cardo gratti di più quando il volume è al massimo. Gli unici due difetti che ho riscontrato sono la clip adesiva che non si adatta in maniera perfetta alle forme del casco, dovrebbe essere più flessibile e ricurva, ci sono deglia angoli che non si attaccato bene alla calotta del casco. Ma se in un anno di utilizzo non l'ho mai perso per strada significa che l'adesivo è forte e stabile anche se non aderisce completamente al casco. L'altro neo è il microfono, funziona bene ma se usate quello per caschi jet/modulari risulta un po' lungo, sarebbe meglio se il velcro fosse posizionato più vicino alla schiuma/filtro, così da non avere l'astina che sbuca dal casco così tanto da doverla riposizionare ogni volta che chiudete la mentoniera del casco, se modulare. A parte questo però lo consiglio vivamente, non l'ho provato in modalità intercom.
