Instructions not very clear, took some time to put together due to location of some of the screws. BUT when put together was a great piece of kit.

Arrived on time and well packaged, the issues were in assembly. The instructions are minimal and failed to explain moving the adjustable upper cross members through 90 degrees to enable the wooden plates to be attached and one of the 'pre-drilled' holes wasn't. I didn't have appropriate drill an bit available. The pictures on the box were probably more useful.

Lightweight, easy to transport and move around the workplace. Not very stable, though, as it's lightweight(!) and feet are rather too close together. However, it's a very handy tool and it's easy to set up. Good opening span, but top is MDF, not "proper" plywood.Instructions not clear, and I'm not sure I've got the thing properly set up.

My only fault is the top is mdf and concerns over being a bit soft , I've coated with creasote to try to make it last in bad weather and going to put some thin metal angle on the edges of the mdf so I don't damage it too much,I done this on my old bench and works well .ALL told up at the price its a very good bench .

Needs a little thought putting it together, but once completed it provides a functional work base for DIY jobs around the house. It is quite lightweight so would not be suitable for professional use. Nonetheless, the variable base plates are quite clever and could be useful in some circumstances. It folds easily for storage.
