Love this product, seemed to make a difference to my lung capacity when training, felt as though I can breath so deep, really unbelievable, I stopped taking and effect stopped so I can only assume that it did something. Not the easiest to swallow but been doing this for years have definitely had worse supplements. Definitely a good buy for price.
