I replaced my older generation of Genbolt cameras which I gave to my brother when his property was being renovated.Installation:Installation is a breeze if using POE or you can use a POE to DC and Ethernet splitter both options work well.The provided template makes it a breeze to install with screws and Rawl plugs provided.Setup and ConfigurationConfiguration takes a couple of minutes using the mobile app to discover, change the default username and password, format SD card, set OSD, TimeZone and any alerts plus schedule.Image quality, features and usage: Micro SD card support, POE, night vision with IR is clear and can be further adjusted using brightness and contrast controls. PTZ is responsive. H265 codec saves tonnes of space infact a 128GB card can do 5 weeks of constant recording!Intelligent vision is very useful as it switches to full colour upon motion detection. You can setup three detection zones with different sensitivity levels but only using Internet Explorer which is my only gripe.Mobile AppMobile app is simple and intuitive to use. Watching previous recordings over 4G works fine with audio also recorded.Third party support:ONVIF support is present, which means I can view the cameras from my Android TV using TinyCam pro and also FTP support means recording can go to my Synology NAS or you can even use Synology DSCAM and further refine the motion detection areas.I'll be testing them with BlueIris at some point but for now, I'm very happy with the features and picture quality.All in all, I highly recommend these versatile cameras.

Very pleased with camera as a very cost effective CCTV solution. This camera hasmotion detection, 2 way audio, night vision and a night light.Connects to your wireless network.Footage is stored on an internal SD card.Can take a little effort to get it setup but once up and running it's easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Good camera for the price with lots of features. Particularly support for 5ghz wifi (which most of them at this price don't - they only support 2.4ghz). I also like the rtsp / onvif support and built in web server.Had the camera for 9 months and still very pleased with it - recommended.

Very easy to set up, took me less than an hour from start to finish. Unit was well packaged with everything I needed.The app on the phone works well. I'm able to focus on areas of greatest concern and set alerts when movement is sensed. Night vision is pretty good with enough zoom to reach the bottom of my garden.Keenly priced and would buy the same again if needed

App does not work with new android os. Very disappointed. Does not work as advertised. Can't get money back now but wish I could. Contacted support. They just said sorry it won't be fixed for a while. Awful

I like this camera as this is my 2nd camera from the same brand. They are good quality for the good price. The camera a quality is superb. They are very easy to set up and connect to the WiFi. The camera can rotate 360 degrees with a control of the app. It has micro SD slot which can store captured videos and pictures.

This is used outside to view my back garden. It has great picture quality and a wide range of coverage of the area . It is connected to my WiFi . Easy to set up and easy to view recordings of a person or animal that passes by . Definitely recommend this is my second camera from this company . Good price too

The media could not be loaded. Genbolt GB213K Camera No.3 Rec Mar-11-24, tested thru up to Apr-19-24,Winnipeg MB. This is the 3rd GB213K, being impressed with the 1st and 2nd within the last 3 months. This one had been mounted 9 ft off the ground Horizontally to the back of my house, to monitor both human and animal (dog) activity in my back yard and towards the backlane, I have disabled the AI Alarm to test the effectiveness of the Alarm setting and motion detection when 1 of our 4 dogs enters the back yard and to see if the Intelligent Tracking will follow them. After adjusting the sensitivity level, Im pleased to report the Motion Alarm, Notification and Intelligent Tracking all work very accurately. Having many storage options in the software, prevents loss should the camera be vandalized and or stolen. I will still have an accurate picture and video up until time of the theft. We have had cold temps, Snow, freezing rain, heavy winds, none have affected the performance of the GB213K. Also having both 2.4ghz and 5 ghz wifi connection is great, If you want you can connect via cat 5E or better network cable and even use a POE connection for the more advanced user, Changing WIFI networks is very very easy, the software is user friendly, Customer service usually responds within 24-36 hours from your request for help. The camera does come on lightning Bolo sales and is well worth the money, weather you are a new user or a seasoned user, this camera will meet nearly all your needs. BTW setup is very easy, FOLLOW the instructions in the very well printed manual. If your having connection issues, check out the GenBolt Website for lots of helpful hints, videos ect. If you still have issues you can email them or phone them. The Genbolt Tech Support information is in large print on the back page of the manual. And yes I will be watching for more sales to purchase more GB213K to replace my other non Genbolt outdoor cameras that are 6 to 8 years old.GenBolt GB213K Camera No.2 Rec feb-24-24, Winnipeg , This is the 2nd GB213K, was so impressed with 1st GB213K we got another , As long as you FOLLOW the Setup instructions for WIFI and Lan in the large, clear, readable with pics in the supplied manual, and you know what your WIFI SSID and password is you won’t have ANY issue setting up this camera . Use either the Genbolt APP or Cam Hi Pro APP from Google for setup, monitoring and customization, The CamHi Pro App has a few more features to assist in setup. Take your time read the manual, or get help from a tech savvy relative, OR Contact Genbolt and they will help you thru all and any issues you have or any that come up. The Genbolt Webpage is also very helpful, with lots of manuals for all cameras, and answers to the FAQ. The software on this lasts camera was current as of Jan-25-2024 and did not have or need updates, If your comfortable and savvy with setting up multiple options, this camera can fulfill your needs. The nice thing about this camera GB213K is it can be used as a simple easy to use security camera, or for the advanced user configured for advanced needs. Not only is is a reliable starter camera, but its packed full of goodies for more demanding users. Packed with a 1 year warranty from GENBOLT, optional 18 month warranty available, scan the QR code on the box to register the product and GenBolt Customer Service will contact you with details about extending your warranty and receiving a gift . Husband here, Its packaged very securely, the very large color and Easy to read detailed manual is a definite plus. The power cord is very long 10 ft, adapter to plug end. WIFI 2.5 and 5 ghz and Lan connectivity was very easy to do. The GenBolt Mobile software is very easy user friendly, It also supports CamHi Pro Mobile Software, also HiP2P Client software is available for use in a Windows computer. The GenBolt Website is very helpful for all kinds of tips and tricks for any kind of setup as well as the supplied manual. You DO NOT need to use their CLOUD storage if you do not want to, and if you have your own or access to a FTP Server its easy to set up. This camera was an easy add on to the security system and did exactly what I needed it to do. The ADJUSTABLE tracking is very accurate and does return to the initial set position. Adjustable Motion alarm sensitivity is also very accurate. You can choose vehicle or humanoid settings for tracking. Night IR mode can be manually set to normal or color. This camera is mounted outside 12” under the eves troughs on the north west corner of the house, 1 home from a busy vehicle traffic street, it is subject to direct snow, wind and cold and is working perfectly without any issue. GenBolt customer service has offered extended warranty 18 months and a good worthwhile gift if you register your camera with them. Im so impressed with this camera, I have after 2 weeks of extensive use and testing ordered another and got it on sale.
