    I had the burst core but it was starting to get old and creaky so I thought I would grab the pro as it keeps the same shape (which I loved from the core) whilst improving on almost all aspects from the core such as the cable, feet, weight, switches, looks and the sensor is different but I don't know if its better. Overall very comfortable mouse, looks great and performs perfectly.

    The media could not be loaded. This is the best mouse I’ve used, and for the price I paid I couldn’t be happier. It’s extremely light and slides smoothly across my mousepad. The button presses are all nice and quick, scroll wheel is fine and the subtle RGB is cool to look at, it’s not over the top. The sides of the mouse have this textured hexagonal pattern on that gives grip. The Roccat Swarm software gives you lots of customisation options, such as the DPI control, speed of scrolling and clicking, button control and the RGB options too. Overall I’m chuffed with this purchase and will be looking into the keyboards as I’m very happy with the mouse performance for the price.

    The Roccat Burst Pro. This seems to be Roccat's definitive entrance into the lightweight craze. There is the KPU or Kone Pure Ultra but it is slightly outdated with other mice doing things better as well this mouse.Firstly, the build quality on this mouse is stellar. In this lightweight craze, there is a chance that certain companies sacrifice structural integrity in exchange for a lighter mouse. A light mouse feels great but not if it feels cheap and is going to break with any sort of pressure applied. This mouse does not suffer from this issue, it is very sturdy, well built. There are no visible holes (there is under the top shell but is covered by a plastic coating) but no side-panel/bottom-panel flex. No scroll wheel/sensor rattle which is great to see for a mouse that weighs in at around 68 grams.The clicks in this mouse are Roccat's own Titan Optical switches, which optical switches are said to be faster than mechanical switches due to not having to 'debounce' to prevent double-clicking and also no double-clicking which we've seen plague mice like the original G Pro Wireless. Razer has their own Optical switches that feature in their Viper and Deathadder lineups. On this mouse though, it's going to be a love it or hate it for people, I personally don't mind them but don't feel as good as the ones on Razer's lineup after they improved them.As for the sensor, which I won't spend much time talking about, as sensors nowadays are basically as good as they can get and each other, no mouse is going to be a deal breaker because of their sensor. This one features Roccat's take on the 3389 from Pixart.As for the cable and the feet, the cable is one of the better stock cables I've tried with mice going for a 'shoelace' paracord style cables. Not quite as good as say an XM1 which has the best stock cable on the market imo and not as good as an actual paracord. As for the feet, I've never used after-market feet such as Corepads or Hyperglides (have some on the way). The feet on this mouse said to be heat-treated virgin PTFE feet have the best glide that I've used personally, nice and big to cover a large surface are and thick also.Lastly and most importantly, the shape. This mouse feels very similar to an XM1, it's not an XM1 closn but if you like the XM1, it's very likely you like this shape too. It feels a bit bigger, probably due to the wider hump towards the back, filling up more of your hand than the XM1 and also due to have flatter sides where the XM1 curves inwards. This mouse definitely suits a claw grip the most and thats what I found most comfortable with my 20x10cm hands. If you have small hands, you probably won't enjoy this mouse as it is quite wide unless you palm but for medium to large hands, this should be a good option. The sides with a kind of honeycomb print on the side is extremely grippy, the coating on the top shell though does feel slightly slippy when sweating, not anything deal-breaking for me personally but just to note.As I said, shape is the most important consideration in a mouse and the shape of the Burst Pro definitely up there with the best. Out of 5, I'd give it a 4.5

    I don't usually do reviews, but I wanted other potential buyers to know that this is a fairly good piece of kit. I don't like the use of superlatives, but I have encountered no problems, it is reliable, smooth, and the button for changing DPI works well; I've had a few like it before, and wasn't impressed, but this one is OK. The wheel appears to be well made, it is certainly the best mouse wheel that I have used to date, that's over more than 25 years. Obviously, the USB cable is a downside (I chose it deliberately), because it can snag with office furniture. The button to change DPI is only a pain if I don't think about what I am doing, and reach inaccurately for the mouse and hit it, on the way to the right mouse button. However, reverting to my setting is a swift four clicks away, and it is, solid feeling and reliable switch/button. The build as a whole appears to be durable, and this mouse only needs to be handled with the sort of respect that is advisable with all electronic kit. Oh yes: delivery quick and reliable. Waited a month and a delay delivery from Bolo, received a mushy right click copy, the gap between the right button and body is bigger than the left, the right click rebounce is not as responsive as the left.The coating feels nice, shape is better and safer than XM1 to suit me, scroll wheel is comfortable, one tip here: push it right for smoother scroll, push it left for tactile scroll.Overall an upgrade of XM1 expect the cable and mushier clicks, but I am sure you won't notice much difference on the cable, it's still softer than the Viper's.Update:After received replacement from Bolo, the new copy is just fine, and it has same batch number as the first one, so I assume I just had bad luck at first time, both switches are fine, they are optical so I didn't expect it as crispy as regular switches, but still better than razer's.After adjusting the screws, I managed to make it feels similar to XM1.The overall build quality of the mouse is better than XM1. Therefore I changed my rating to 5 stars, and recommend this mouse to every claw grip FPS gaming players, or palm grip for small hands less than 17 or 18.Roccat has done a good job on this mouse, and I wish they will release more good quality products at a reasonable price like this mouse.

Antes de nada mencionar que los responsables de turno de Bolo o de la compañía de empaquetado de mi producto lo hicieron muy mal, ya que, como se puede observar muy claro en la foto, el paquete estaba totalmente abierto tanto por esa esquina como por la otra del otro lado y sin acolcharlo ni un mínimo por dentro tampoco. Gracias a Dios no recibió ni el más mínimo golpe ni roce y por dentro vino impecable (que al final es lo que más cuenta de todo en definitiva). Espero pongan más cuidado en futuras cuentas para evitar disgustos y malas experiencias por ambas partes (cliente y vendedor).Después de más o menos un mes de uso...Lo que me ha gustado:- Lo preciso que es, tanto su sensor a la hora de manejarlo, como toda su botonera en general.- El software que viene aparejado al ratón es sublime. Tiene absolutamente de todo y además precioso. Se le puede configurar hasta cosas que jamás pensé que podría tener un ratón. Es abrumador la cantidad de configuraciones distintas que tiene XD.- Se desliza muy bien por la alfombrilla o tapete.- Para mi gusto tiene el peso perfecto, es decir, un poquito pesado pero no demasiado tampoco como para que moleste o canse la mano y ayude a un mejor deslizamiento y más preciso también (si fuera mucho más ligero se trabaría más a la hora de desplazarlo por la mesa o alfombrilla y perdería mucha precisión).- El sensor me parece tan bueno que hace que incluso detecte con bastante acierto un poco la velocidad, aceleración y deseleración del movimiento de la mano al moverlo, ganando muchísimo en precisión con el puntero (el sensor me parece lo mejor que tiene el ratón de largo).- El botón principal y secundario responden al momento (tanto en una como doble pulsación), además son muy suaves y con un sonido muy agradable (al menos en mi opinión).- El ensamblado final externo (el interno no puedo saberlo porque no lo he desmontado obvio) se ve perfecto. Todo muy bien encajado entre si.Lo que no me ha gustado:- Los materiales parecen de poca calidad. Un poco endebles, pero suficientes si eres mínimamente cuidadoso. Si eres un poco manazas, en mi opinión, sin duda este no es tu ratón (mejor no te arriesgues).- La parte superior del ratón, la versión en color blanco, se transparenta demasiado y se vislumbra un poco el interior haciendo que su tonalidad sea un poco distinta (puntitos un poco más oscuros que pareciera estar casi hasta un poco sucio) al color blanco de los laterales, afeándolo un poco en su conjunto.- El dibujo que forman las luces leds es un poco feo para mi gusto personal (pero eso ya es muy subjetivo de cada quien).- La rueda se siente de muy poca calidad como si se fuera a estropear en poco tiempo de uso. Además, tiene muescas demasiado marcadas para mi gusto y aún me da más sensación de que por culpa de eso va a durar aún mucho menos funcionando bien (ojalá me equivoque y si me dure bastante).- Reitero, este ratón es un poco pequeño, por tanto para aquellos con manos poco pequeñas o incluso a lo mejor hasta normales, peor aún, grandes y/o gruesas, quizás no sea para ellos este ratón o bien tendrán que buscar formas de adaptarse bien al mismo, ya que casi no tiene ninguna ergonomía (es muy simple en su forma). Es más, para los que tienen la mano muy gruesa y sobretodo pesada que además le guste apoyarla toda por completo encima, puede que acabe rompiéndolo por arriba (hundiéndolo), por lo antes mencionado de sus aparentes frágiles materiales, especialmente en toda su parte superior (tener mucho cuidado con eso).En conclusión:A mi personalmente y muy subjetivamente me ha encantado porque no tengo nunca la "maña" de apoyarla toda encima (además no podría tampoco porque me queda un tanto pequeño y eso que mi mano no es grande sino normal), casi más bien todo lo contrario, con lo que yo no tendré con eso ni el más mínimo problema en estropearlo. De momento, después de más o menos un mes de uso me va perfecto todo. Para el precio que lo compré de 34 € me parece un buen precio. Si reúnes todas esas características que mencioné anteriormente, estoy seguro que te irá de maravilla y te encantará como a mi, por tanto te lo recomiendo si o si. De lo contrario te lo desaconsejo encarecidamente.

    Sicher gibt es deutlich kostengünstigere Mäuse, aber wer Qualität erwartet muß eben etwas mehr bezahlen. Alte Indianerweiseheit ggEs ist meine dritte Bestellung und die hat gepasst. Die anderen beiden Mäuse von anderen Herstellern sind schon "entsorgt" bzw zurück gesendet.Heutzutage muß man auch schon bei Mäusen aufpassen was man kauft. Zum Glück hab ich bis dato mit Roccat nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht, sowohl mit dieser hier , als auch meiner einer AIMO die ich vor ein paar Jahren geklauft hab. Bei Bedarf kauf ich wieder ein ROCCAT Produkt
