    This teddy is good look wise but it’s not yet fully come out from his vaccum pack after removing it. Still its small and Flat. Waste of money.

    Tear in the arm of the bear

    The bear itself looks great aside from a rip in the side of its armpit. It was vacuum sealed so I’m not sure how it got ripped but I’m a little disappointed as it’s a present for my niece. Update: The customer support helped me out and was able to send a new bear that was in great condition and received very quickly. Very happy with the purchase.
