Looking decent in an economic box display. I bought it as a present as I have one(different brand) of my own. This is a very popular product which comes in different price ranges, cheaper looking worse or more expensive looking classier in a wooden box but in my opinion this is great value for money somewhere middle range. The opener itself works very well as expected.

The box was completely torn on the front and back. The bottle stoppers weren’t even attached. Very disappointed with the opener - it certainly does not match the ‘quality’ wording in the box.

A real shame as the product itself when it works is brilliant. The accessories all work well, but the mechanism for the screw plunge is easily broken making the device useless afterwards.Ours lasted a few months.

Seemed really good quality when it arrived, however after less than 10 uses the bottle opener broke. It would drive the cork screw into the cork but would not then remove the cork. Looks like no option to return or exchange either despite most companies allowing until the 1st Feb for return bought in December.
