The Skibbereen Food Co. 'Pork Crunch - Sweet Chilli' are puffed up & seasoned crispy pork rinds with a delicious sweet chilli flavour. They are high in protein and low in carbs which makes them especially suited as a keto snack. The pork puffs are cooked in their own fats and have no added oils.
They are lower in fat than pork scratchings. A great alternative to crisps for fans of meaty flavours.
Our 70g bags are conveniently sized for a cozy night at home or to take on a lengthy road trip.
About The Skibbereen Food Co.
Matthew, Pork Crackling Flavour Genius and Chef extraordinaire and an award winning chef, has over twenty years of professional chef experience. He has Chef experience in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and throughout continental Europe. Matthew has called West Cork his home since 2008, still works as a chef in Cork County & writes for The Irish Food Magazine.
Matthew first developed the idea of the unique snack with the distinct flavourings after studying Culinary Arts at Cork Institute of Technology in 2011. While using new product development methods, and incorporating British, Irish and a bit of Kiwi gastronomy, he created the delicious snack. The pork crackling with an Irish twist, Scratch My Pork and The Skibbereen Food Company was born.

Nice and crunchy but contain sugars which I don’t want adding carbs Considering I ordered them because I wanted a low carb snack Product doesn’t meet my needs

So I open them and thought they tasted weird. Then checked use by date to realise they are in fact waaaay out of date! Surely they should be checked before being packed. It's not like uts a tiny label.

These were awful! Tasted of old stale fat, and all the bacon “flavouring” was at the bottom of the pack.Texture was strange too, not crunchy like normal pork scratchings at all.I’ll stick to the snaffling pig in future.
