Needed a good headset to make and take calls through soft phone via laptop as working from home I found I was using my personal mobile too much to call clients. Read the reviews for this and seemed most customers were happy with this product so went for it although it was above the amount I set out to pay.Product arrived next day and immediately tried it and it worked well. Quick to set up with USB connection. Earpad is comfortable. The mic can be adjusted and is a good length. I used it for Skype call and it worked a treat. I am not sure about the noise cancellation as the other person could hear my child singing in the background! I am glad I bought this as now I have been invited to a training session through Skype.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sturdy headset.

I bought this to use for writing emails after having an operation on one of my discs. I wanted to reduce the amount of time I spent writing work emails, and also to improve my posture while writing them, so that I could sit correctly or stand while dictating. I can dictate directly to my laptop without this headset, and it works pretty well, but I wanted better accuracy without having to shout at the laptop on the desk, and this works great. The accuracy is better than speaking directly to the laptop, and I can speak at a low volume which suits me much better in my work environment. There were not many reviews confirming that this is good for dictation so I am happy to confirm that it is very good and a super timesaver.

Fantastic value. Comfortable, clear mic and clear audio quality. Great for Teams calls and recording voiceovers for presentations etc.. Inline remote has volume control and a mic on/off button with LED light indicators. I've read quite a few negative reviews saying their mic quality isn't good - try calibrating the microphone settings in Windows and make sure the microphone is positioned properly (not too far away or too close to your mouth...)

The headset build is great, it is sturdy and certainly one of the better for durability and comfort of those I have tried (which is a significant amount).The problem I had is that the unit is poor for YouTube playback and YouTube Live Streaming.It states it is good for these, yet the sound quality of my voice on the live events I used it on are certainly poor.It also knocks out the system sounds when going live on YouTube through Google Hangouts, which no other headset has done bfore.There are certainly quirks in the blue tooth connectivity which is a problem running through their range, as is their technical performance quality.If you want to use this heaset for listneing to videos, or maybe working through those online training webinars etc, it does give you the freedom to move around. The blue tooth covers my whole house area, which is quite large, so that is a good point.Overall though, it really depends what you need, but I would say I have tried more than one headset from this company and I don't think they are trouble-free, reliable nor great on mic quality, so ignore the professional statement, they aren't. They are cheap units, kept cheap by cheap internal components, instead of going for quality across the board.

Sound quality from these is good - the windscreen on the mic is very useful for preventing pops, and works well given how close to the mouth it is. This is most of the "noise cancellation" effect, in that the volume is low but mic very close, so background sounds are not really cancelled so much as "relatively quiet".There is a persistent hum in the background on recordings. This is pretty much eliminated by software such as Teams, which automatically eliminates noise, but is very prominent on proper recordings eg if I need to narrate a video. This is very surprising and annoying as I haven't had that on any other USB mic, and it happens whichever computer I plug the mic into.

Really like the headset - it's comfortable and really easy to use.The remote control is great and works very well with Teams calls.The package arrived in good time and in perfect condition, so it was a great shopping experience.
That it is high quality and there is still some noise in the ear pieces but the fit is better.
I can actually only use it once a week when I work in my office due to me being allergic to the material in the ear pieces. I break out in hives

My phone has usb c connection. My laptop has usb c, usb, and old school audio jack. This headset comes with all the connections. Must plug them all together for my usb c phone - works as expected right out of the box. I had previously purchased just an adapter for audio jack directly to usb c and it did not work. So this is better.Also, recent research suggests that in-ear buds blocks airflow, which allows greater bacterial growth, which contributes to premature hearing loss. So I prefer over-ear-phones.Also, why a cable? So I don't lose these things or run out of battery.

Questa cuffia (che specifico essere modello 601N), è destinata non tanto all’ascolto di musica (benché la ricezione mi sia comunque sembrata pulita e regolare anche con questa finalità), quanto al suo collegamento con il computer/laptop/smartphone, per telefonate/conferenze o - come nel mio caso - per essere utilizzata per la dettatura vocale.Il modello in questione dispone di tre diverse possibilità di connessione:1) La cuffietta può essere utilizzata così com’è, collegando direttamente il suo cavo Jack 2,5 allo smartphone.2) Oppure, al suddetto cavo può essere unito un ulteriore cavetto con la pulsantiera di controllo del volume e del microfono (acceso/spento), la cui estremità è dotata di connettore da 3,5 mm/TypeC;3) peraltro, viene fornito anche un separato adattatore da USB Type-C a USB A (che nel mio caso si è rivelato provvidenziale), progettato per funzionare con dispositivi Windows che - per l’appunto - utilizzino una porta di tipo A.Il pacchetto è corredato da sintetiche istruzioni in inglese (peraltro irrilevanti, dal momento che il funzionamento è intuitivo), nonché da garanzia di un anno, con impegno del produttore all’eventuale reso nei 30 giorni (specifica non usuale che denota particolare serietà).Le cuffie, per quanto mi riguarda, non hanno presentato alcun problema di installazione. Il programma che utilizzo per la dittatura vocale le ha immediatamente riconosciute senza alcun problema.Ma, cosa più importante, le cuffie sono dotate di microfono con cancellazione del rumore, utilissimo sia per effettuare chiamate telefoniche chiare ma anche per dettatura senza problemi.Confermo, a seguito della prova, che LA RICEZIONE È EFFETTIVAMENTE CRISTALLINA: benché la dettatura vocale richieda un adattamento progressivo al tono della voce (cosicché, inizialmente, commette degli svarioni nella trascrizione, salvo poi “allenarsi” con il tempo), in questo caso l’adattamento è stato immediato e la trascrizione è avvenuta da subito quasi senza errori. Circostanza indicativa della qualità della ricezione. Come precisato nel titolo, questo testo è stato redatto con la dettatura vocale tramite questa cuffietta.Pertanto, in definitiva, sono estremamente soddisfatta.
Clear and comfortable
Sound quality is excellent. This was given to my assistant and I could hear her swallowing her coffee on it. Mic quality is crystal clear. She wore it for a few hours and said it was comfortable.The complaints about sound quality could be computer-related or could be spotty production quality, so save your packaging. We saw no problems whatsoever, so we consider this to be a real bargain.

Livré très rapidement, emballage solide (2 boites), produit de qualité (solidité, qualité des plastiques et de l'oreillette).Qualité audio très correcte, micro a réduction de bruit efficace. Je recommande.A noter, travailler avec une seule oreille n'est pas toujours pratique dans un environnement bruyant (mais ça permet de garder une oreille sur les enfants en cas de télétravail).
