    First buy when i started making homemade chocolate about half of the year ago. I was pleasantly surprised. They seemed pretty sturdy and durable, and so far have proven to be of a good quality. They don't smell or leave any flavour.I wasn't sure I'll use the ones with the mini chocolates but in the end i use them most frequently, as we love their bite size. They do take a little more time than the big chocolate bar, but it's quite easy to make once you get a grip.The heart shapes i use for making pralines. Removing the excess chocolate is a bit of a hassle (as is with all the silicone moulds), but to me this is a good tradeof for very easy demoulding when using the silicone mould. It took me a few tries to get them right, but now they come out perfect, looking just like the ones you buy in boutique chocolate shop. When using more liquid filling, i find it helpful to fill the mould, wait a bit, pour the excess chocolate out, then wait for it to harden and repeat the same process once again. My shells were very thin - chocolate didn't stick to the sides long enough to harden, but that might be the homemade chocolate problem. Anyways, double coating solved the problem.A both mini bars and hearts make a cute gift.The only downside i find is cleaning them, but the same goes for most of the others silicone moulds i bought. There was some white residue left even after thorough cleaning with warm water and soap. It doesn't change the taste but it does leave the chocolates looking dull, as opposed to nice and glossy they are otherwise. It went away after a lot of additional washing and scrubbing. Didn't try the dishwasher yet, so that might be easier.Would recommend.

    Wir haben damit Schokolade selbst hergestellt. Die Höhe der Schokolade ist gut und nach dem aushärten lässt sie sich super einfach lösen. Ich habe sie danach im GS gereinigt. Hat gut funktioniert.Das Material hat nicht unangenehm gerochen.Haltbarkeit kann ich nicht beurteilen, bei uns waren sie erst einmal im Einsatz.
