    I use a steamer a lot and this one os great, it's tough and big and much faster than my electric steamer. Stick it on a wok turn the gas up full and your broccoli will be ready in about six minutes.

    I hate using the metal steamers but some meals we cook can only be steamed so I ordered this bamboo steamer and I cannot recommend it enough. It comes with two linen cloth liners and those are easy to wash too. Wish I got them ages ago, will probably buy more to layer and steam more food in one go.

    The media could not be loaded. It does the job but couldn’t understand why the bottom tier didn’t have a ridge to sit on as it just balances. But it kept the pancakes lovely and warm while eating our aromatic duck.
