These have completely changed my breastfeeding experience.1. No longer experience chafing of sensitive nipples on clothing/breast pads - surprisingly discreet despite being plastic domes. I’ve worn these into town/to the pub/on a dog walk and no one has noticed.2. No more leaking - whereas breast pads quickly become saturated, these can hold plenty of liquid (around 20ml). The design is easy to empty and I’ve had no issue with milk spilling from them, even when moving around with the baby and/or dog.3. No wastage - I didn’t think I leaked very much however these have demonstrated that I lose around 5ml milk from the opposite breast during let down when feeding! Now that milk can be stored and added to my fridge/freezer stash. Over the course of the day, with a demand fed baby, that really adds up!4. Great for the environment - no longer chucking out loads of single use breast pads. Easy to wash, sterilise and reuse. I actually bought 2 packs to ensure I always had a clean set ready and waiting.5. Helping with Vasospasm - this could just be my personal experience but I’ve found wearing these keeps my nipples warmer and reduces the extreme pain I’ve felt as a result of vasospasm during the day.I’ve already recommended these to my breastfeeding friends - genuinely really pleased to have come across this product during a moment of desperation whilst feeding baby!

Started using these to protect sore nipples, then to collect milk to freeze, now to prevent milk leakage on clothing before feeds.Milk storage - was perfect for the first 3 weeks but have now needed to size up for during feeds. Better than most shells. Trying to pour milk out of the vent as pictured is tricky, messy and pointless - you will end up partially taking the shell apart instead.Leakage - mostly only leaks when overfull or if sleeping the the wrong angle/in the wrong clothing. Occasionally leaks due to user error when reconstructing the shell after washing / bending forwards to change a nappy without putting the grey plugs in first.Washing - not difficult but be warned lanolin doesn't wash off anything easily.Comfort- silicon against the skin helps enormously - much better than most shells but still occasionally digs into the side of the nipple causing pain. Hard plastic outer is excellent for protecting the nipple but twice caused blocked ducts when used overnight.Appearance - subtle only if under thick loose clothing otherwise you'll have a weird shape visible.

I was apprehensive about purchasing this as I have never tried a shell before. It’s so comfortable and discrete, I have not given birth as yet, so unsure how comfortable it will be once it starts to fill up with milk. But it was very comfortable to wear for 15mins without friction.

This is a game changer when breast feeding. Can wear them throughout the day or on the opposite side to the one you are feeding from. I’ve been collecting so much extra milk that would have been wasted! No issues with leaks, easy to clean and put together too. Pouring spout doesn’t quite get out every last drop but a massive amount of extra milk in comparison to what I would have lost previously.

Comfortable and great for not leaking milk when bending down when you forget its on, however, due to the two chambers and lip at the opening you do loose quite abit of milk to this cup if pouring out. I suppose you could use a syringe, but defeats the purpose of the opening to pour out. Storage pod is great though, easy to use and decent value for money. High quality product.

These have been very easy to use and have done a good job so far of collecting breastmilk from the side I'm not feeding from. Come with a handy storage case and some breastmilk storage bags too. Easy to wash and sterilise. No instructions about how to decant into breastmilk storage bags but not too tricky.

I was really excited to get these as I exclusively express & so thought I would just be able to collect a bit extra between pumping in these, whilst not having to worry about wearing breast pads/leaking.I’ll give some pros and cons.Pros: fairly easy to assembleFairly easy to washArrived quickly & packaged well.Cons: after one wash, following instructions, they started to leak, the rubber seal moves around and I ended up extremely embarrassed when what looked like about 30ml of breast milk suddenly appeared on my top, in public.The damage these have done to my breasts is, possibly the worst thing I can imagine for something that’s meant to assist with breastfeeding/expressing. Leaving my nipples inside these for a few hours a day means they’re in a warm/humid environment, weakening the skin, meaning whilst expressing, the skin all around my nipples has broken and started to bleed. Every time I express it is extremely painful and I may have to stop and switch to formula because the cuts don’t have time to heal. I couldn’t figure out what on Earth was happening at first but traced it back to the few days I wore these breast shells & it all adds up. I am so very upset, and now have an infection in one of my breasts because of the cuts caused by these shells.

Comfortable and effective!
One week postpartum with my third kid. I didn’t use anything like this with my first two (both of which I exclusively breastfed), and these are great! They’re comfortable, affordable, easy to clean, easy to use. I find they’re a little bulky for wearing all day / sleeping, so I still wear a pad to catch little leaks, but I use them when nursing on the opposite boob to catch the let down. I’ve been collecting almost 3oz a day that would have otherwise just leaked! Which means I don’t have to change pads as often, don’t have to pump to have some back up stash, and it doesn’t impact my supply. All good things and helpful to have for the first month of nursing.

Ich habe die Schalen für Tagsüber benutzt (kurz nach dem Milcheinschuss). Ich bin mit dem Wechsel von Stilleinlagen kaum noch hinterher gekommen und diese Auffangschalen haben mir sehr geholfen. Für die Nacht habe ich mich nicht getraut sie zu verwenden. Mir war das bzgl. Auslaufen doch zu unsicher.
