Arrived securely packaged. Upon opening , noted high quality finish of the mirror itself which had an additional protective film together with comprehensive fitting instructions. The sensor is responsive, avoiding smudging the glass as is the case with many competitor brands. Frame is sturdy & the demister is effective & fast. Switching on upon entry to shower ensures clear mirror to shave upon exiting. Really impressed with this mirror & its finish which suggests a much higher price point. Now going to order a second without hesitation!

Dislike:1. fitting because it’s one of those screw two holes in a wall, add two screws and hang the mirror. Sounds easy but not when you try to get it dead level and hang whilst trying to make the electrical connections. I did it and all went fine but then I am an experienced DIYer.2. Flimsy back board: I don’t think this will hold well against moisture ingress. It’s not sealed and may allow damp to seep into the electrics but only time will tell.LIKES:1. Led brightness ✔️2. Shaver point ✔️3. Heat demister ✔️4. Price✔️ definitely best value for moneySo I moaned about fixing it to the wall but gave it 5 stars: you have to be practical, my previous led mirror was easier to fix but didn’t look as good so give a bit, take a bit.If this mirror lasts with all its functions for 8-10 years I’ll be very happy.

1.0 out of 5 stars Illegal for use in a bathroom in the UK due no protection on shaver socket
The mirror itself is great, but there's a few problems I found.On arrival the unit seemed to be dead, so we opened the back and found it was just a cable for the sensor which had come out so connected it back up and all is fine BUT we noticed something while we had the back off - the shaver socket does not have an isolation transformer which is mandatory for shaver sockets in the UK unless"The shaver socket-outlet conforms to BS 4573, having a restricted continuous current rating of 200 mA for use on voltages of 200 V to 250 V a.c. only."This shaver socket has no protection as it's connected directly to the incoming mains supply therefor it is illegal to install in a bathroom in the UK. I'm going to have to install a separate shaver socket and remove the shaver socket from the mirror despite this being one of the main selling points of this mirror for me.On a positive the mirror itself seems nice, the LEDs are ok but time will tell if they suffer the same problems of falling off as others have experienced, and the proximity (motion) sensor seems to work well once you plug it in.

The mirror is very good value looks lovely and was easy to fit. However the mirror is supplied from the EU and therefore has a European plug socket which is smaller than a British socket . It does come with the adaptor which we missed in the packaging and only found it after buying a new one so look out for it, but overall really pleased with the purchase
