    I use this in my sewing room and it's very handy for ironing up hems and smoothing out seams when dressmaking and for all that fiddlly ironing you often do when quilting. It heats up quickly and is good at steaming. The only drawback is it doesn't seem to empty the water from the inlet when you've finished but leaks out through the soleplate when turned off.

    Absolutely love this.Purchased this after returning to sewing from a break and the best thing I can really say, is that I should have purchased it years ago.When sewing. I hate having to get a big ironing board and iron out just to press the smaller items, so this is perfect. It heats up quickly, very ergonomic to hold, very nice sized ironing plate and sits perfectly on the end of the table waiting to be used, without taking up too much room.The only downside is that the water leaks from the bottom when cooling down, as I have not been able to pour it out.
