seems pricey but high quality product that goes a long way. If you use a lot it will blow your mind . I am used to hot spicy flavour . This still seems very hot to me but does still have a good flavour too

An extremely hot sauce that adds an enormous increase of spiciness to the food to which it is added.I recommend using just a few drops: they are sufficient to reveal the full sauce's intensity.I have added it to different types of food (tomato sauce, roast meat, sandwiches, salads) and it always delivers the great and extreme flavour.Just do not exaggerate with it (probably this sauce is the real secret of how Scorpion from Mortal Kombat produces his famous fire breath! ;-) ).

I knew tasting this for the first time would be a dangerous endeavour because now I go through around 2 bottles of Tabasco's Scorpion Sauce every 3-4 months.It's easy making any sauce so hot it will burn the pants right off you. But one where the taste is so wonderful you just can't stop eating even if your nose is running like Niagara Falls? That takes some skill.There's a good video on YouTube showing the making of Tabasco which I recommend. A better appreciation for them manifests when you realise the chillies have to age literally for years before it even goes into your bottle. It's also really satisfying seeing the old barrels they are stored in, aging like fine wines when it's actually chillies.A few drops in your dish will definitely do. But given the taste, I wouldn't blame you if you kept going. Be cautioned: this thing is hot.

Excellent hot sauce for adding bite to meals. Be careful though! This sauce has its heat beautifully balanced with some fruity sweetness, but don’t overdo it. This sauce is very hot!
