I’ve been using Pure Via for a while but have never seen a pack this size in the supermarket. It has a great taste, is made from Stevia and is twice as strong in sweetness as sugar, so you only need to use half as much. I use it in tea, coffee and in my morning porridge. I haven’t yet tried baking with it so I’m unsure about how it behaves as a baking ingredient.

I find that i can only get this in the biggest Sainsbury's, but was pleased to be able to get it on-line. Although it says 1 Kilo, it is not a I Kilo bag, but four of the normal 250g bags. If you have not used this before, it is the consistency of somewhere between caster sugar and icing sugar. It is twice as sweet as sugar, but has zero calories. The bag is recyclable.

I started with Natvia, & that is about as good as sweeteners go,-but its very expensive. Then I tried Stevia & its just as good & seems cheaper, so I'll stick with this. All of them though, have an after taste!

I purchased this product on the assumption that it was pure Stevia. The advert gave me such an impression. However, after I received it, I noticed that it contains only 0.8% Stevia and apparently it is mainly a substance called Erythritol. There are some research that shows high concentration of Erythritol in blood may increase the risk of Stroke, Heart Attack and blood clotting. Obviously as a person with heart problems, this was alarming. I hope Bolo and the seller will take my feedback on board and. Will revise the advert, highlighting the true amount of Stevia and Erythritol in the product.

"Kräftiger" und angenehm!
Ich hatte bisher eine andere Marke bezogen.Damals, gelesen, dass Stevia wesentlich süßer als die vergleichbare Menge an Zucker sein soll, hatte ich mit kleinen Mengen angefangen und festgestellt, dass ich doch fast eine Teelöffel pro Tasse brauche. Diese Marke hält aber tatsächlich das, was sie verspricht: man braucht wesentlich weniger Pulver, um die gewünschte Süßstärke zu erreichen, und das schmeckt im Allgemeinen deutlich besser! Ich habe den Verdacht, dass der andere "Stoff", den ich bisher bestellte, ein Gemisch aus Stevia und irgendwelchen neutralen Substanzen wäre, um am richtigen Mittel zu sparen, und gar teurer war als diese Marke!Fazit: eine klare Empfehlung!
Buen producto y precio equilibrado
Es la segunda vez que adquirimos este producto, que aunque no nos parece algo excepcional, hemos de reconocer que tiene un equilibrio casi perfecto entre calidad y precio.Poco hay que decir, en cuanto al embalaje es de calidad, con un buen diseño que te permite echar el producto en tarros más pequeños sin necesidad de utilizar embudos ni nada similar. Eso sí, es de plástico bastante fuerte, cosa que no casa con el medio ambiente.El producto es bueno, con grano fino sin ser polvo, cosa que nos gusta, sin sabor raro y con un buen grado de dulzura.Lo que más nos ha gustado es:- Diseño de la bolsa- Grano fino pero no en exceso- Sin sabor raro- Relación calidad precioLo que menos nos ha gustado es:- Dulzura muy justa aunque aceptable- Viene en bolsa de plástico y no es biodegradableEn resumen, creemos que es un producto que por sus características, practicidad y relación calidad precio, es merecedor de las 5 estrellas (un poco justitas) y que seguiremos repitiendo su compra cada vez que lo necesitemos.

Concentrazione più elevata di Stevia significa maggiore potere dolcificante sebbene significa anche maggiore percezione del sapore di liquirizia. Di norma si acquista un dolcificante a base eritrolo del tutto insapore o del tutto privo retrogusti ma con un potere dolcificante minore dello zucchero (mentre la Stevia dolcifica oltre 300 volte di più) . Dopo aver scoperto "Pure Via Foglia", credo di aver risolto il mio problema infatti miscelo il prodotto in parola con l'eritrolo ottenendo un migliore potere dolcificante senza alcun retrogusto di liquirizia. La % delle due componenti della miscela va ricercata in base ai propri gusti e desideri. Ovvio che il prodotto "Pure Via Stevia" è un eccellente prodotto con un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità e certamente rinnoverò il mio acquisto.
