    Helps make the mundane conditioning and stretching needed for gymnastics more fun. My daughter tries to make the rest of her family play alongside and it encourages us to all work out a little! Some good variations on traditional exercises and you can do as much or little as you can manage.

    Good range of cards but the product is very small. Quite expensive for what it is in my opinion.

    This is fabulous but a little advanced for my daughter, she’s 6. She has done gymnastics for over a year but didn’t know a lot of it. Prob best for the slightly older kids, but it is fab!

    This game is great and my daughter loves it however some of the card numbers it says to pair with them are not included for example one card says pair with number 74 but the cards only go up to 72. We have looked to see if there is an add on pack but we have yet to find it.

    It’s a great concept to keep a variety of challenges. I know very little about gymnastics, but the instructions were clear on each card. This motivates my competitive kids to work on gymnastics at home.I recommend because I did not have to research exercises to help my kids and the cards have suggested reps by skill level.

    This was a gift for my niece who is 9 and has been in gymnastics for two years. Once she opened it she was so on obsessed with it. She wanted me to try every move with her. Some of the moves I could do because they were yoga style. Great for all ages
