I have recently been experiencing some sore muscles from probably over doing my lockdown home work outs. So i have been looking forward to this arriving i must say!The case holds the charger and the gun attachments, of which there is a great variety for different muscle sets. It is a nice selection of attachments.The display is a calming blue colour and displays speed and power level..The gun plugs into the charger which will display a red led while charging to green when fully charged. once charged, unplug and enjoy cordlessly!The gun is very impressive in use. It is one of those items you don’t know you need until you have one and then you think how could you have lived without one. It’s really relaxing with therapeutic qualities to use.I have definitely felt my muscle pain melting away so to speak after short use.Overall a greatly impressive bit of kit, that is perfectly suited to those that exercise often and excessively.If you found my review helpful then please click the button below. Having sciatic muscle pain on and off, I was a bit dubious to buy this machine, it being only £33, but the results have been life changing, the rechargeable batteries make this so easy to use, as there's no long power lead to get in the way , we haven't gone through all the different attachments yet, but we're very pleased with what we have done, this really helps my sciatica ,the build quality is robust and very functional , can't fault it,

WOW! 😁 ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!Very powerful yet is so quietb& feels solid & good quality. It feels incredible and leaves muscles feeling relaxed after. Very helpful for back & muscle pain. I've got Fibromyalgia & Lupus and I know I'm going to be using this regularly to help with pain, which means less pain killers.It came precharged so could test straight out the box. Once charged it says it lasts 6 hours, which is quite impressive. Easy to increase or decrease power by holding onto plus or minus buttons.5* product, I'm so chuffed as got it on an Bolo voucher deal really cheaply and worth every penny and more.

I suffer with Lower Back Pain. It’s not my Spine but my Lower Back Muscles. Every so often they just go on one side and I’m in AGONY! My Husband uses the massage gun on my lower back; more my left side and this Really Helps. Wouldn’t be without it; goes on holiday with me, just in case. Useless even trying to go to the Docs and can never get an appointment anyway nowadays.

A review by my wife:A combination of walking, running, swimming and general weight training means I am always knotting up, and one of the challenges of this Covid-19 year for me has been getting regular sports massage to stop the knots becoming niggles - or even worse, injury.My masseuse recommended an electric massager, and I'm pleased to say that this is probably the best option I've found for treating knots and niggles without leaving the safety of the home.As you can see from the photos and videos, it comes in its own zip case, which does give it a clinical feel. The intensity can be adjusted on a scale of 1 to 30, and the manual gives you a guide for which setting to use dependant on what you are trying to achieve. I'd recommend starting at a lower setting in all cases, and nudge upwards, depending on your body and preferences. It also recommends using over clothing, and I would echo this suggestion - especially if you are using it on less fleshy areas (around your joints for example). However when I used loose tracksuit bottoms the fabric kept bunching up so either be prepared to use one hand to hold the fabric taut, or wear more skin-hugging clothes like leggings.Adjusting the heads is very straightforward, they just slot in and you need to give a hefty tug to get it out again. The display shows you battery life - this counts down in 20% increments so don't be alarmed if you go from 99% to 80% seemingly in the blink of an eye!Obviously some areas of the body just can't be reached without the input of a willing friend or family member. I'm used to attacking the knots of my other half so was pleased to see if this would help make it an easier experience. Overall I think we both felt if was a positive experience but the one thing you need to be aware of is that it's hard to tell if you are holding the massager whether you are working the flesh, hitting a boney bit, or missing the knot completely! So if you are going to get someone else to wield the massager at your knots, be prepared to communicate to help them know how they are doing. And practise with the different heads to see which is most effective for you.
