I enjoyed this book and will look for more work from this author.I have wanted to clean up my nutrition so I can live to be 100 years old! I also do not want to lose much muscle because I work hard in the gym to gain it in the first place. This book provided good theories on nutrition and it has me eating healthier immediately.If you want good information and knowledge mixed with practical application then give this book a buy.Highly recommend.

As someone who wants to delve more and more into a plant-based diet, this book came at the best time! I'm so excited to try so many of these recipes. Although I'm not a fan of soy products, I think there will be plenty of other things for me to try. Easy read and full of great information! I appreciate that it's easy to understand that everything is laid out very clearly. Definitely recommending!

Besides the obvious and not so obvious benefits of eating a plant-based diet, my favorite chapter was Chapter 4. It addressed a number of concerns that I had about what to eat, limit and avoid. I picked up some helpful insights. Another chapter that I’ll be referencing on a regular basis is the last one, which provides a number of enticing recipes.
