    Thank you so much to the manufacturers of this product which contains digestive enzymes for everything to which my body is intolerant. Only people who know the misery of gluten, lactose and casein intolerances will know how restricted one's diet is and how dearly one pays for indulging oneself. Thanks to these capsules, which I ordered on 2 October 2024 I can have toasted cheese for breakfast, and cheesey snacks and Ice Cream and apple tart with custard or ice cream, and that's just the few things I've had with no bad effects!.... brilliant, wonderful amazing product.

    A superb supplement company, who ensure no nasty additives or fillers go into their products. These enzymes have been a crucial part of my digestive health, as I deal with an ongoing situation which appears to be pancreatic in nature (by all accounts very hard to diagnose). The reason I know these are so helpful, is that when I stopped taking them for blood tests, I suffered a real setback with digestion (upset tummy etc).As a aside, I now purchase them direct from Time's own website, as superb service, free delivery over a certain amount and 10% off orders over £20.00 and as I use several of their products it is worthwhile for me.This is now one of four different products I purchase from Time, as I change all my supplements over to their products.

    The capsules do taste better than the average , that do not tast like envelope glue and that go down easer we swollowed becaues of the consistency. The contents of the capsules wen open taste organic and that are working well throughout the digestive system .

    Over the years I have struggled with digestion more and more. Although I have been doing elimination diets, and other protocols I have not yet managed to heal my gut. It is very tiring and I'm missing out on lots of vegetables too, so decided to use a digestive enzyme to give my gut some rest and my body a chance to get some extra nutrients while I figure out what to do. It might not fix all your problems and probably not good to take long term unless you need to. It has helped a lot (e.g. Broccoli, beans, yogurt) and I feel assured that it covers a wide range of foods.

    I thought I'd give these a try as my usual digestive enzymes were out of stock on Bolo. They sounded good as they're broad spectrum and gluten and dairy free, as well as no additives.I've been taking them for the past couple of days- I'm gluten intolerant- and I'm pretty sure it contains trace gluten; I've been feeling a little tired and my joints have been aching (which is what happens when I eat gluten, but a stronger reaction than this). So somewhere along the way, the claim of not coming in contact to gluten it isn't being strictly adhered to. Rather annoying, as I've only slipped up once by accidentally consuming gluten in the past 7 and a half years and that's including managing to avoid it whilst on holiday abroad. I only hope it hasn't done too much damage to all the work I've done to heal my body.I've now ordered my regular digestive enzymes- stupidly realised that I hadn't tried buying off another site, they were only out of stock on Bolo! Note to self for future supplement buying.Really poor experience all round:-False Advertising- nowhere near the high quality advertised and pure luck it didn't make me severely ill.-Expensive- incredibly expensive compared to other digestive enzymes, that's £26 down the drain.-Unable to complain/ Claim a refund- there is no way to contact them on Bolo. The only way is through their own website but that's in relation to an order you've bought from there. NO email/phone number etc.I'd highly suggest looking elsewhere, out of all the supplements I've bought (a lot), these are the worst.

    I bought this product after seeing good reviews, unfortunately after first dose I started ear pain and that got worse day by day as I continue next 6 days. Then I have severe throat and tonsil infection (tonsillitis), my lump nodes were swollen.i am on strong antibiotics. May be I received bad batch or expird ones.

    If you have food intolerance these are not for you they have given me a lot of stomach ache wind and feeling sick,I am on fodmap diet and there are some things that are in these that really caused me to be unwell
