I was very sceptical to try it. My lips have been dry and flaky my whole life, and the older lip stains in the past from other brands which are drippy and watery tend to just clump in the dry parts of my lips, creating a very uneven tone. Lipsticks never worked very well either - they all eventually dry and cake up on my lips unevenly. Finally, a product that gives me an even and natural lip colour enhancement without gathering in the dry parts of my lips. I bought it in Charming as I am light-medium skin tone, and a Winter colour analysis season, and I need something with a bit more colour on my lips and in a red or berry shade to look my best. This is it - Charming is indeed, an accurate medium berry shade lip colour. My natural lip colour is very pale pink, almost whitish. This however, gives my lips a rosy, berry coloured tint. It looks like I put lipstick on. Because my lips are always dry, they need lip balm applied every few hours on to keep them moist. It used to be that applying lip balm with whatever lip colour product I use would cause the lip colour to smear or fade. That meant constant reapplication, which is tiresome. I'm low maintenance. This product is the holy grail! Now I can use lip balm on top of it to keep my lips moisturised, while not having to reapply lip colour constantly. I'm sold! I've bought Adore, XOXO, and Glamorous as well. Adore is like a peachy rose, very natural peachy tint. XOXO is more of a natural rosey shade, so as you can see in my pictures, Adore has more of a peachy, golden tint compared to XOXO. Adore and XOXO are what Wonderskin calls "fresh tints" (there are 3 fresh tint shades) they don't offer as much coverage as the other Wonderskin colours. I have two toned lips and the darker edges of my lips are still visible after applying the fresh tint shades. It looks really natural, like I put a tinted lip balm on, but the bonus is it stays all day even when I put my lip balm on, and I don't have to reapply. I don't recommend using fresh tints if you're wanting a more opaque colour coverage. Glamorous is an accurate, classic red, suitable for all skin tones.After applying this product, my lips felt tingly and a bit numb. Very easy to remove product with a wet tissue. I did not scrub my lips at all prior to application, I just put some Aquaphor to moisturise, and colour result was fine, not at all patchy. Whenever lips are moistened (by licking, or in this case, by using a wet tissue to remove the product) and then wiped dry, they inevitably get a bit dry. This is normal for my lips, and the lip stain is not to blame for this. I simply put on some Aquaphor afterwards and my lips are good to go. Lasts for a good few hours.Micellar water removes a large amount of the stain, so I use it to remove any leftover stains at night before bed, or if the stain is too much, I dampen it by wiping with tissue soaked with micellar water.

I got the shade "Whimsical," and I really like it. It lasts a few hours before I need to reapply, but the application is super easy—none of that waiting around or peeling like with other lip stains. I can get it on in under a minute. I usually overline my lips with the stain, and it gives them a fuller look. I was thinking about getting a lip blush tattoo or filler, but this is a much cheaper option that works great.

Works so well .. lasts all day. I went for the most natural colour for my skin type and really pleased with the colour, the way it lasts and will definitely be buying again.For me the colour I used was Bella and is similar to my natural lip colour. Which is what I wanted. Using it for day wear, ie gym, office to give my lips a fuller look naturally. A little lip gloss helps if you want a shine . Very happy 😃

The product smells like parma violets to me so quite nice and was a little tingly when applied but nothing uncomfortable. It took two thick applications to get the coverage and colour. I didn't buy the activated, but just stretched my lips to crack the coating then used a damp cotton wool pad with the double sided, soft or textured side which took everything off cleanly. To be honest, the colour was very candy pink and not really as shown on the examples. It didn’t last very long after eating scrambled egg on toast hence needing another coat. I topped the second coat with a clear lip plumper and it looked good for most of the day but I didn't eat anything and only had a cup of tea so maybe why. It didn't dry my lips out and was easy to apply. I have read that the more pigmented colours last better than the natural and sheer colours so I might give one of those a go. I also didn't exfoliate before as my lips are generally pretty hydrated but might try next time and see if it helps.

Despite thinking it was very expensive, after reading the good reviews I thought I’d give this product a try.Firstly the colour is not as shown in the advert photos, I ordered ‘lovely’ but it’s much more deep red than the chestnut brown it is described as.I followed the guide exactly, sometimes I left it on for longer than advised before wiping off, and it does work by leaving your lips tinted. However, my lips were extremely dry after using this product, uncomfortably so. It absolutely cannot be used alone, always needed a lip balm or gloss on afterwards.Secondly, it does not define your lips well, it gives a blurred/smudged appearance around the edges, so I found I would need to use a lipliner as well.Thirdly, I find it does not last all day, maybe 6 hours at most, even without much eating or drinking, but generally after 3-4 hours it’s hardly noticeable.Finally, and most importantly, the tube has barely lasted! I’ve probably used it no more than 15 times and the tube is nearly empty, I am struggling to get any product out. Compared to other lip products of the same size, I’ve had lipglosses last for years, if not decades. In fact I don’t think I’ve ever had a lipgloss run out!Overall very disappointed considering how expensive this product is, and how many other products were needed to be used alongside it. I sadly won’t be buying again.

I liked this lipstain, it looks horrible and blue when applied but even after just a few minutes once you remove the blue colour my lips were a nice pink colour.
Steady hands are not needed but helpful lol
I bought this because my sister recently gave me Lovely…it was too close to another one she had, Whimsical.SIZE > It’s as big as a tube of mascara.QUALITY > It literally works as a mask: you apply it, wait for under 1 minute and take a damp cotton round and wipe it off and BAM, colour is revealed! The longer you leave it on, the more intense the colour payoff! Also, lasts a whole day while eating and drinking but if you wipe your lips harshly, the colour will slowly come off.EASE OF USE > 4.5/5 (I have quite steady hands lol so this purely my opinion: it is easy to use).MOISTURIZING > 4.5/5 (when the lips are not chapped, it’s very moisturizing but if the lips are somewhat chapped, a lip balm on top is needed).Shade > Romance. For me, it’s a MLBB 💋DELIVERY > It came the next day!REPURCHASE > YES, please! (I also bought Darling, a cool toned berry colour).I hope this helps!

Can seriously get rid of 99% of my other lip products
I still can't get over how much I love this product. Bought it on a whim after seeing it on tiktok from someone who I've been buying recommended products from that have all turned into my favorites, so I trusted her review.Firstly, the colour, whimsical, is perfect for my taste. Dark enough, doesn't lean orange or purple, and doesn't fade to neon pink.Secondly, the lasting power is seriously impressive on me. I do my makeup at 4:30 am and leave for work at 5:30 am. I get home at 5pm. Only by 2:30-3:00 pm am I needing to apply anything due to fade, and it's only in the centre of my lips if I've been eating more frequently and drinking without a straw. The outer 2/3 of my lips still retain about 70% of the the colour from my morning application.Lastly, when it does start to fade after 9-10 hours, it fades nicely, maintaining the shade and simply getting less saturated. So many of my lip products fade out to horrible neon colours due to staining being an unfortunate side effect of my chosen colour.I do leave this on longer than the instructions say to. I put it on as my first step after washing my face, do my eyes and hair (10-20 min depending on the effort I feel like putting in that day), then wipe off before I do the rest of my face. I've also heard of people putting this on before bed and leaving it overnight. Not sure if me leaving it on longer helps with the staying power, or the product just works well with my skin, but I love it and am now a customer for life.
Disappointed
This stain is uneven and comes off easily. Unless you have time to leave it on for an hour.
