I was recommended to get a heated eye mask by my optician due to be diagnosed with blepharitis. I liked the look of this one because it has a usb charging cable. You have to keep it connected to a power source whilst using, so it is not possible to use it cordless - which would probably be the only thing I would like to be possible. It has 3 settings for both heat level and length of session, the device has an auto cut off function once chosen time has elapsed. It has a nice soft lining and a removable cover so there is the option to wash it and you could also just use it as normal eye mask without the insert for heating. I have been using it a couple of times a day, it is very relaxing to use when doing meditation and has improved my sore eyes and resulted in using less eye drops.

I suffer from MGD and purchased this as I was finding the microwave versions don't hold the heat for very long. I keep this beside my bed and have it plugged into a large travel battery pack. It is very handy to pull on at night and in the morning for instant use. There is three heat settings (low, medium and high) amd three durations (20, 40 or 60mins) I have always used it for 20mins on the high heat setting. I have definately noticed an improvement in my MGD symptoms from starting to use this mask. Its is very good quality, comfortable to wear and with the adjustable strap is is easy to get the perfect fit and pressure you want for use. All in all a very good product and great value for money.

I absolutely love the intensity of the warmth this provides and the timer feature is very handy as well. I'd previously been using a microwaveable heat mask which didn't stay warm for long enough. What that did have that this doesn't however, was the benefit of the design allowing it to mould better around the eye sockets. Maybe this electronic heated mask works just as well but I prefer the feeling of my deep set eyes being fully surrounded by heat. Sometimes I gently pinch at the bridge of my nose to feel the heat closer to the nasal corner or my eyes. I haven't actually been diagnosed with any of the dry eye conditions but I have enough ocular awareness to know that I suffer intermittently with one/some of the linked medical issues. I admit I don't use it frequently enough (I know, chronic condition = long term treatment) to ascertain efficacy but I find it very relaxing if nothing more!

This heated eye mask is amazing! The lavender scent is very soothing and helps with sleep. It instantly relaxes me, and my eye fatigue noticeably reduces after each use. The temperature is just right—warm but not too hot. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and improve their sleep!

I have used a few eye masks, but never used a heated one before. I thought I would give it a go, it’s quite relaxed and the lavender aroma therapy made me feel calm and I had better sleep. It’s quite good quality with reasonable price.

1.0 out of 5 stars Like everyone else is saying, it's unsuitable for Blepharitis
This product is falsely advertised as suitable for Blepharitis. It doesn't touch the eyelids at all so it has no effect. It's pretty easy to tell when a mask works, because after using a suitable mask, the oils in your eyelids cause your vision to blur for a few minutes. With this, nothing at all.

Update: The seller refunded me for the broken one, so big thumbs up for the seller. I'd already moved to their wireless one. Also between this original mask and the new one I no longer need to use hypromellose drops so saving money on medication. So first class seller, and you can buy with confidence that they'll help you out if they break, but even so I would advise the wireless mask.===At first I thought this was quite good, I'd forget to the microwave one, go to bed and so wasn't using it often enough. This one, being plugged in meant I used it most nights for an hour session.The cord is a bit of a pain but manageable.However it broke within a year. I did get over 6 months, but I was hoping it would have lasted for a couple of years at least.
No longer works
I bought this product in May of 2023. It is now March of 2024 and product no longer works. It seems where the disconnect is, past the on/off control, is too loose to make a proper connection. It always seemed loose but has gotten progressively worse over time.

Easy and effective heated mask
I tried my mask immediately after receiving it. I can already feel the difference after 20 minutes of use. Very comfortable and soothing. Much more effective, longer lasting heat and easier to use than a hot facecloth.
Comfortable and Useful eye mask
Since I use the computer for a long time every day, my eyes are often dry and tired. I have used many heated eye masks, and this one is the most satisfactory because it can choose a higher temperature, and the material of the eye mask is soft and comfortable, which makes me feel very satisfied.
Great Soothing Eye Mask
I really like the USB heated eye mask, it is comfortable and soothing to use before bed. Customer service is also amazing, so if you have any questions or concerns they get back to you right away. I initially bought it as it was recommended for dry eyes (and it 100% helps!), then I got into routine wearing it every evening before bed and I find it very relaxing. I’ve highly recommend this product to friends and family!!
