5.0 out of 5 stars I really like these
I bought a pair of these to use in my still photography studio (a budget home one). I really like them. Until now all my lights have been white, bulb types. Some have complained they aren't too bright, but they are as bright as they say they are, which is not as bright as some, but they do perform as advertised. The colours are very vivid which is great. The app controls them well, and they are easy to adjust and quick to respond. They feel well built, and are a good, compact size. The carry bag is good too. Lots to like. They connect to the app very easily, so I was up and running very quickly. The supplied stands are standard and perfectly good for these lamps.A couple of drawbacks ... 1) the lead from the adapter brick to the unit isn't very long, so if you raise the lights on the supplied stands that brick is hanging in the air with its weight taken by the DC jack in the socket, which I suspect isn't good for it - so you'll want to clamp the brick somehow. 2) you can 'group' the two (or more) lights, but then all adjustments (colour, brightness) etc are applied to both lights equally - I'd like to save group settings with different a setting on the each different lights, so that I can quickly call up a preferred combination of settings. As it is I have to call up one setting on one light, then switch lights and call up the other ... not too difficult, but I feel sure the 'group' part of the app could incorporate this flexibility.I'm sure the supplied 'scenes' are fine, but they are all changing patterns so no relevant to still photography.
5.0 out of 5 stars impressive panel light!
This panel light caught my eye on the Bolo page when I was checking out the bi-colour 660 LED lights that this company also offers. I have been shooting a few videos as a drummer with the intention of investing a little extra to bring a bit more light into my online video content. I checked out a few Youtube videos on the RGB to see what the real difference is and it seemed very impressive. it cost a little more ultimately, but I has some ideas of how I could also use different coloured lighting into the video for effect. the lights themselves are compact and quite slim, but they are very, very bright and will more than suit my needs. it uses a downloadable app which lets you apply special effects such as flashing or choose between a whole array of different colours. Overall, it's delivered far more than I expected and I am really impressed. For anyone reading this, I would say go for it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great lights
Ultimately i bought these for video... but actually they are ok for photos aswellThey are much much brighter than i expected them to be tooNot only are the normal colours decent brightness but usually you find the RGB colours to be dim or dull... but these are just as bright as the whites! The wires they provide are long too, and you have the option for 2 batteries however i would presume you would need 2 big ones as they would probably drain fastI figured you know what the lights would look like so i took 2 pics with me as the subject to treat you all 🤣worth the money in my opinion
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for home/small studio shoots
I wanted Rotolights but can’t justify the £££ as an enthusiast so bought these instead. Really happy with the quality and functionality of these lights. Have used them for headshots of players at local sports clubs and for portrait shoots at home and very happy with the lights.
5.0 out of 5 stars User friendly
This product is great! I work in entertainment and use it often and it has been so much better than my ring lights! Would recommend and worth the investment

5.0 out of 5 stars Neewer Lights
The lights are really powerful, sturdy frames, loving the Bluetooth option to change colour.
5.0 out of 5 stars They work and are a complete system.
Very happy with the lights and app for control. The two good point is that you can control multiple lights separately from the same table/phone, and you can power the lights from a D-Tap source such as a V-lock or Gold lock battery. We were able to use these lights for many hours, powered by industry standard V-lock batteries and a D-Tap to power socket converter cable.
