    I found this food supplement quite useful, despite I bought last August at the first time for my slimming diet but I did not take my diet seriously due to my very stressful period of life.As I saw the KETO diets ( even injections) on the adverts I thought it worth to try again, before I order a munch more expensive one.It works very well, if you have time for yourself and you can control your meals. I often neglected to drink enough and my blood sugar level dropped suddenly and felt unwell and dizzy.Now I use this tablets as advised and I count the calories ,eating what I usually used to - but much smaller and less portion. I have 100% fruit juice when I`m hungry as well avoiding dizziness.So the advice to drink a lot when taking these tablets is unavoidable.

    A great addition to my diet and get fit regime, these tablets are easy to take and I do believe they’re helping me to shift some of my stubborn weight. Also it’s a real bonus that you get a second pot free (if you remember to claim it). 👍👍👍

    I regularly buy these however the last time I purchased these supplements were only half or quarter filled so was very disappointed with the quality let's hope any repeat purchases aren't the same. Never had a problem until now the quality has always been very good. Won't be buying again if the quality is poor

    I have used similar items in the past with good results, but I believe these are garbage and just a placebo and have absolutely no effect. Avoid and buy elsewhere.

    I am now on my third bottle of these and for me they are working.I take them about 11.30am and 5pm.I try to eat something about an hour after doing so even if not hungry. I have stopped snacking and saved a fortune lol.I have lost over 2 stones and have also got the energy to do some exercising. Gone down 3 dress sizes as well so am really happy.5 Dec 2022 updateThree bottles done of these Raspberry Ketones and I am still losing weight.They are easy to swallow and I don't find they have an after taste.Having a lot of health problems, the weight loss means I am now able to do some light exercises for the first time in over 10 years without too much pain...that is a godsend !!
