I often neglected to drink enough and my blood sugar level dropped suddenly and felt unwell and dizzy.Now I use this tablets as advised and I count the calories ,eating what I usually used to - but much smaller and less portion. I have 100% fruit juice when I`m hungry as well avoiding dizziness.So the advice to drink a lot when taking these tablets is unavoidable.

A great addition to my diet and get fit regime, these tablets are easy to take and I do believe they’re helping me to shift some of my stubborn weight. Also it’s a real bonus that you get a second pot free (if you remember to claim it). 👍👍👍

I regularly buy these however the last time I purchased these supplements were only half or quarter filled so was very disappointed with the quality let's hope any repeat purchases aren't the same. Never had a problem until now the quality has always been very good. Won't be buying again if the quality is poor

Do exactly as they say I've been taking one twice a day and have lost weight in just a few weeks, I think with a healthy diet and regular exercise you could lose some serious weight, I only needed a few pounds and did that easily but will continue to use them to maintain my weight and being able to enjoy treats, win win!

I have used similar items in the past with good results, but I believe these are garbage and just a placebo and have absolutely no effect. Avoid and buy elsewhere.

Been using this product for some years. Recent delivery, many of the capsules were almost empty, very few more than half full.Quality has really dropped off, have cancelled my subscription.

I discovered raspberries are a hormone supplement. I have been using them for years.
Not all capsules full
Some of the capsules inside the container where not full and in some cases almost empty. I will probably try a different brand.
Amount of Mgs.
I bought these because it says they're 4000 mg on the front but then when you look at the back it says 400 mg. In the small writing it says with one *that it's equivalent to 4,000 mg of raspberry fruit but it has ** which says daily value not established. If both apply like on my other vitamins, it will have one * then a space, then two ** if both apply, but next to the 400 mg on this bottle it only has the two asterixs. Not sure if this company is being honest. I bought them over another brand because I thought they were higher potency but I have to take 2 capsules to even get the 400mgs dosage. All the other brands I've tried when you open the bottle there's a strong smell of raspberry that comes right through the capsules and these smell like nothing even similar to raspberry, I opened a capsule and tasted what is inside and it tastes nothing like raspberries.
Not my favorite
Doesn't seem to be effective. The American made brand I usually use wasn't available, so I took a chance on a lower-priced version. These are made in PRC and don't seem to be nearly as effective.

I can’t believe how is possible Bolo allow supplements from China, besides I can’t return. In the information before made purchase hide is from China. For garbage directly.
