I received this on the 29th of September at around 11 a.m. I then started making coffee at about 2 pm after buying some beans, and since then (now on the 30th of September) I have made around 12 cups of delicious cappuccino/latte; and boy. It is tasty (beans depending, obviously).Pros:- Easy to get the machine up for the first time - just as simple as emptying half of the water tank through the portafilter into a big bowl and washing the accessories with warm water.- Super easy for beginners to use.- Makes excellent-tasting espresso and milk-based coffee once you get the knack for it.- Get *almost* everything you need to start; you just don't get a metal milk jug for the steam wand which sucks but you *CAN* just use a normal cup (I guess... - thankfully I had two jugs anyway; I'd recommend buying a slightly smaller one as one of my jugs is a little large and doesn't fit deep enough for small amounts of milk)- The steam wand is ready to use within around 5 minutes and when you are skilled enough can produce delicious frothy micro-foam-filled steamed milk for your milk-based coffees.Cons:- Steam wand takes around 10-20 minutes to cool down, so you can't make more espresso during this time.- The portafilter is a little bit cheap feeling and the notch basket design isn't ideal in my opinion as it can be a little tricky to get the basket out, especially after getting the puck out. You need to swill and dry the basket to easily take it out after use. I'd recommend buying a new portafilter for it once you get the hang of pulling shots with it.No opinion:- With any new coffee machine, you will need to dial it in to find the right dosage, right beans, right pull time, etc. So be ready to waste some beans dialing it in.Overall, I would say this is an excellent coffee machine for the price (I paid £99.99 on offer, but it usually retails for around £200) so if you're on the fence about which bean-to-cup coffee machine to buy, then definitely give this a whirl if you can afford it and be sure to shop around for the best price on this bad boy. I'm in love <3

    We spent quite a bit of time researching coffee machines and this was the one that we decided on! We are delighted, obsessed in fact! It’s a great quality machine, easy to use, instructions are fab, quick and makes great coffee!! Bolo was also offering the best price we could find! So pleased!!

    Coffee machine works great. As always Breville goes above and beyond with included accessories making the unboxing experience feel truly premium.The reason to go for the Signature edition is due to 2 new features. Automatic grinding and dual heat pumps. These are game changers! No longer need to hold down to grind coffee! Steaming milk is instant rather than waiting for the wand to heat up!If the budget holds I recommend this above the other versions because of the 2 new ease of life features and the premium look!The only downside is the machine produces strange sounds. Will work to resolve these but had to be mentioned!

    Bought as a Xmas present for my husband. Takes a while to get the grind settings but makes lovely coffee and the milk frother is great for making hot chocolates. Easy to clean and a lot cheaper than some of the other brands

    I had a Sage machine before the Breville, so this was much less expensive, but honestly I have not seen any difference in the quality of components or output in terms of coffee making.I like the grinder, it’s reasonably quick and adjustable over a wide range, to adapt to different beans and tastes. I’ve had the Breville for two years now and it still works like new (I use it two or three times a day).I would highly recommend this machine.

    The media could not be loaded. It’s a great little coffee machine producing good crema and extraction especially at a deal for £99. It’s a good machine to start your espresso journey with but with the a few drawbacks such as light weight (not sturdy enough) and high flow rate. It’s great to practice dosages and shots and understand grind size to best suit your preferred coffee.With all the good points mentioned above, the biggest drawback of this machine is its reliability. The machine broke down twice. The first time it did (4months after purchase) was due to profuse leak from the steam wand. It also had bad water distribution which meant that there would be a well in the puck whenever I made a cup of coffee. The item was replaced (great help and service from Bolo and Breville) quickly and it was promising.The second machine lasted for a year until recently when it broke down again with leaks from the boiler unit. I assume it might be due to a faulty electronic or gasket which meant that the water could enter the steam chamber and heat up even though the steam functionality wasn’t in use. Notable hissing noises throughout the process and when put in steam mode, bad leaks through the portafilter and the main unit (video attached).I have since requested a refund and will miss the machine!I hope this review helps and if you’re planning to buy it, know that it can break but you will not be left hanging to dry as the support is excellent.

    I absolutely love this coffee machine. It’s very easy to use and makes delicious coffee. It does take time to get used to the steam wand like other reviews mentioned but after few attempts the process gets easy. Totally recommend :)
