    My goto desiccated coconut started giving me mouth ulcers, and I'm generally allergic to Sulphites. So I guess that they were using it somewhere in the process. Not listed though. So I switched to this one. I like that it's slightly chunkier, only by a tiny bit, and it doesn't give me mouth ulcers, which obviously is a good sign that they aren't sneaking in that naughty sulphur dioxide. Not a problem unless, as I say, you are allergic to that stuff. I chose this one mostly on price tbh. And I like it a lot. It tastes nice, it smells nice, and it is good value. That's all I've got.

    I LOVE 😍 desiccated Coconut 🥥 it's the secret ingredient in many recipes including Meatballs, Porridge Oats, Smoothies, Chilli, Rice Dishes and of course Cakes. Sometimes you can taste it easily in food and drink recipes, and other times in savoury dishes food taste nicer but your not always sure why 😋 Price is reasonable with fast Bolo delivery. Recommended Purchase

    I bought it for cooking ( not baking) and works well. Coarse ( as I wanted), not crisp dry, tastes good on curries, chutneys. Soak it before making chutneys, chances are no one will suspect it as made with dessicated coconut. Good shelf life too. And doesn't break the bank. Good for regular use. If you want to buy for once in a while cooking with coconut, go for smaller packets. I store in antibacterial clip it plastic container, no change in taste at all.
