    Originally bought this model with the tablet included but as per my review on that model, the tablet is appalling so I exchanged for the bike only. Silent, sturdy, easy to assemble and a joy to ride. I am a beginner but well worth the money also for the echelon membership as it's a real motivatior. This bike at this price is a MUST, don't bother with Pelaton for silly money!

    Very easy to put together, easily a one person job ,but it is very heavy . It was well padded in box -trip to the tip with all the packing,just as well as on delivery the guy managed to get a hold in the outer box 📦I’ve put it on a yoga mat ,certainly feels very sturdy and solid .Im 5”2 so sorting the right height took a few attempts.Very ,very quiet which was a major importance with living in a flat ,Looks very smart but as it’s heavy moving it around ie to another room even with the wheels might be a choreThe foot cage is poor cheap plastic for the price but I believe these can be changed .The Seat is a major problem!! It’s Rock hard ! There’s no way to adjust the tilt of the seat 😵‍💫 unless someone can tell me how to do that ,I’ve bought a padded seat cover but still very uncomfortable for me even with my fat butt !I’ve used the app a few times but I’ve linked Mywhoosh now via Qz ,will use the free app of echelon some are very good ,I will use it until it run's out and will consider other apps Overall a great bike but that seat 😭😵‍💫 Happy purchase* update * now solved the seat position ,unlock the two bolts either side of seat then reposition and retighten the bolts

    The bike is super silent and feels great to ride.The 45 day free membership has nothing to do with any physical purchase. It is free on the web, which you can cancel within the 45 days.T&C's - please read - my concern was if you post anything (words or images) via their pages, they have 100% right to use it in any way/context they want.... indefinitely...

    I recently needed to upgrade my 4 year old bike and decided to invest more into a new model, I have seen the Echelon bike before and decided it was worth spending more money for a better bike, I am bot disappointed, the bike was easy to assemble, it me and husband 30 mins to put together, the instructions were easy to follow. The bike is extremely quiet and smooth, So far so good.

    I was looking for an smart exercise bike for my home studio and was originally going to go down the Peleton route but quickly found this rival brand, Echelon which had some fantastic reviews so I thought I would give them a go ...First I need to mention that I am a 6'6 man. I was highly sceptical about these bikes fitting me so I decided to do a little research online. I soon found a forum on Reddit where lots of tall people were having issues with the Echelon bikes with various bits of the bike not being the correct dimensions.I was unsure how many versions of the 'Sport' Echelon did so I decided to ask Echelon if the bike would fit someone of my height - To my surprise, they emailed back saying YES!Once I got 'the official green light' I decided to purchase the bike.Firstly, putting the bike together with the tools Echelon provide is an absolute nightmare! It's the little things and the attention to detail like how all of the bolts are black and if your allen key slips once, you have instant silver damage on your brand new bike! Also, good luck looking for the serial number as there is absolutely no information about where to find it, the helpline number in the manual is dead and people online seem to have very different experiences to where they had found theirs ...So once the bike is built I sit on it and to my absolute astonishment, the bike seems to just about fit until I try and stand up and pedal. I had the seat post and handle bars raised to their maximum height and my posture when standing just wasn't right - The handlebars would of needed to be at least 4 inches higher to be able to ride it comfortably. So with this in mind, the information Echelon supplied me was false.Another REALLY disappointing this is the video quality of the official Echelon IOS app - It looks like it's being streamed at something less than 720p! I was expecting 4k vistas ... Come on, Echelon, it's 2024!!!!The build quality of the bike is great, although extremely heavy to move, even with the front wheels.Tall people, go Peleton :)

    Bolo technical support assured me bike does not need to be plugged in to funtion (I was setting up bike in area with no plug and didnt want an extension lead running through middle of room). Echelon customer service quite abrubtly told me this is completely false and Bolo should not be giving info on products they dont know. I said bike does however seem to still have resistence even though not plugged in, echelon again quite aburptly told me thats rubbish. Tried phoning back Bolo to clarify but they couldnt. So still no idea whats true.

    Bike is easy to assemble. Just remember to remove the bolts at the bottom in addition to the yellow stickered tag. Hey Echelon, why don't you put a yellow tag on those bolts too?After the workout putting it together I hopped on and was unfortunately sodomized by the seat. I tried every adjustment but it's just no good for my currently overweight and feeble body so I ordered an oversize padded one - with that installed I was ready to go and what great fun!Zwift is easy to setup with the QZ app, and now I can see in real time how terribly unfit I am, but here's to new years resolutions and proving my sister wrong that it won't be in the corner collecting dust in a year.
