    I started taking these tablets after reading the reviews. I think they are helping. I have been struggling with knee pain for a long time. I tried different things to help but nothing worked. I however noticed that since taking these tablets my knees feel little bit better. I am still struggling with my knees but I feel these are helping.. I don't how but they do..

    The general public won't know what's in this or can prove that it's working in any way. I'm under a Study for a University involving bone density etc, took these for 3 months until my next visit and my results didn't change at all.

    I bought them after some research and then did more research once they arrived and found out this product contains the two inferior types of magnesium. It is predominantly magnetism oxide which is only good for bowel movements, and doesn’t have the sleep/cognitive benefits because it has low bio availability. Worse, you can’t return this product even if unopened. The supplement market sucks and should be more transparent

    when ordering some user said it was too big to swallow.I though some people say these things.So I ignored it and ordered these.Yes the tablets are too big.Why they do not make two small ones to take or make this easy to slide so you can swallow easily.
