    Dissolves quickly, tastes delicious, works brilliantly at quenching thirst and rehydration. Used these in Korea for the World Scout Jamboree in 2023 in the highs of 36 degrees centigrade and they were an absolute lifesaver. About the size of a 2p coin in the U.K. I chose the peach iced tea flavour and they looked orangey in colour. They contain everything you need to maintain a healthy level of hydration.

    Keeps me hydrated, its palatable and not overwhelming sweet. Takes about 2 mins to dissolve in cool water. Decent and worth a try!

    I play a lot of racket sports so hydration is important.I used these tablets at they are slightly cheaper than the powders you can get.The flavour is fine and basically compliments the drink if I have it in summer fruits.The tablet doesn't take long to dissolve and gives your body that extra boost to hydration.There is only one thing that I'm having issues with, and that is I have a sensitive digestive system and these irritate my system giving me explosive bowel movements.I'm sure they are very good for people who don't have sensitive digestive systems, but if you do, it might be worth trying a different brand or just buying this to see how you get on.It may just be a personal issue that I'm having.

    The product is very simple to use simply drop 1 tablet into water and wait a minute or so. The biggest issue I found is the taste is very salty so it has to be drank very quickly. It did on the other had have a massive effect on my energy levels and help with overall tiredness so it effectively does what it says on the wrapper. For the price you really can't complain with one packet having 20 servings and it ticks a few boxes for vitamins I didn't realise it contained until they arrived

    This is my new favourite effervescent. I ordered the peach iced tea flavour and I highly recommend it! It tastes exactly like a nice light sweet peach iced tea with no salty aftertaste! Yes, it doesn't dissolve as well as other brands however this is easily helped by not dissolving these in a glass or cup and instead doing it in a water bottle where you can close and shake it up to help break it down. Feeling wise, I do feel a little more awake and comfortable in my body after having it, I mainly use these for the sodium as I have heart issues and it helps with symptoms but the vitamins and minerals are good too I suppose. I'd highly recommend the flavour I bought. Value wise, I got it for around £5.50, I know prices change on Bolo, and for 20 and with a great flavour that I don't think I'll get tired of, yeah I'd say it's worth it.

They do a great job at quickly replenishing electrolytes and keeping me hydrated, especially after intense workouts or long days.The convenience of the effervescent tablets is fantastic—just drop one in water, and it dissolves quickly, providing a refreshing drink that helps me stay on top of my hydration game. The product delivers exactly as promised in terms of performance and hydration benefits.However, I have to admit that the taste wasn’t quite to my liking. While it’s a mixed berry flavor, it comes off as a bit artificial for my palate. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it's worth noting if you're particular about flavors.
