As with other similar kitchen roll holders, there is only one cross bar on the base, so the kitchen roll will always lean to one side.It’s nice to have a black version, as normally one only finds stainless steel, and the black matches my cabinets

Inexpensive, exactly what I needed
There isn't much to say about this. It's a cute design. Functionality is perfect. It was pretty cheap but doesn't seem cheaply made. Holds the paper towel roll, lets it spin around to advance more paper towels. Works great!
