Il test si esegue in maniere estremamente semplice. I risultati sono arrivati prima del previsto. Sono rimasta colpita dalla quantità di dettagli del report: molti particolari estremamente tecnici che richiedono una certa preparazione e conoscenza della materia.
Good investment in your health
I did this test to check for my genetic susceptibility to disease, and my results (high Diabetes 2 risk) gave me the extra motivation push I needed to start changing my diet and lifestyle...Unfortunately, when I saw my results first time, I got worried because I misinterpreted some of them. However, their support was excellent: they took the time to write me detailed explanations (twice) to help me better understand my results and risks.It was interesting to see how much traits they told me about myself were true (not only talking about the visible traits like eyes color, but traits like insomnia that I really suffer, and other health conditions that really do run in my family and my risk to get them too). This added credibility to the risks I have...I certainly recommend this investment.
Muy útil e interesante
Quería hacer un regalo original a mi hijo que estaba muy interesado en el tema ancestros y aproveché un pack Duo advanced (a mejor precio y con descuento ocasional añadido) con información además de salud, farmacología, de rasgos personales y de bienestar para él y para mí. Sin entrar en muchos detalles diré que en el plano farmacología y salud la información es muy amplia y detallada (de 10). En mi caso en particular, he descubierto que tengo "Deficiencia en biotinidasa" Al tener 2 copias de una mutación sobre el gen BTD lo que implica que mi cuerpo capta menos biotina o vitamina B7. Esto explica muchas cosas en mi vida, incluso un episodio de enfermedad grave con meses de vida que pudo haberse complicado por este motivo. Estoy tomando un complemento de biotina desde hace 15 días y ya lo noto hasta en la piel, siempre he tenido pequeños eczemas en la parte de las cejas alrededor de la nariz, en el pecho... La mejora ha sido increíble, casi no tengo la piel irritada.Tema rasgos personales es muy divertido, aciertan casi todo, hasta el grupo sanguíneo, pelo, color de ojos, .. algunas cosas difieren de la realidad como calvicie y estatura en mi caso, pero hay más factores a tener en cuenta y pueden cambiar los datos.Ancestros creo que se puede desarrollar más, aunque está muy bien con su mapa interactivo con porcentajes por países y zonas y explicaciones oportunas, terminas siendo un mar de dudas. Como puedo ser 80 por ciento de España, 7 por ciento británico, 7 rumano- griego y 5 turco caucásico más o menos, pero también es divertido y esta empresa está en continuo crecimiento y realiza actualizaciones constantemente que entran gratuitamente. Además puedes conocer gente coincidente genéticamente de otros lugares, primos de quinta generación etc. Yo tristemente solo veo a mi hijo y a nadie más, por que nadie más esta de momento en la base de datos (al menos se que mi hijo es mío jjj)Termino diciendo que hay mucha más información, haplogrupo paterno y materno, porcentaje de neandertal..y más, y que el servicio de atención al cliente es increíblemente bueno, cualquier duda te contestan rápidamente y te lo solucionan sin problemas. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas. Bravo!
Zestaw dla dwóch osób
Wcześniej kupiłam zestaw Myheritage. Spodobał mi się raport predyspozycji zdrowotnych Myheritage, ale w przypadku Myheritage był bardzo ograniczony. Zobaczyłam, że Tellmegen ma bardzo rozbudowane raporty zdrowotne, więc kupiłam jeszcze zestaw dla dwóch osób Tellmegen. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z raportów zdrowotnych z Tellmegen. Wiele dzięki nim zrozumiałam. Np. swoje problemy z nauką czytania (solidne predyspozycje do...dysleksji), czy częsty kaszel w dzieciństwie (zwiększone prawdopodobieństwo chorób układu oddechowego). Zrozumiałam też, że mam skłonność do chorób autoimmunologicznych, co może tłumaczyć niektóre moje ostatnie kłopoty ze zdrowiem. Jestem zadowolona. Raporty predyspozycji zdrowotnych z Myheritage i Tellmegen poniekąd uwiarygodniły się wzajemnie w moim przypadku. U męża wyniki testu także wydają się wysoce wiarygodne i prawdopodobne. W Tellmegen raport pochodzenia wydaje się niezbyt przemyślany, czy nieszczególnie bardzo wiarygodny (jeśli chodzi o grupy etniczne) w porównaniu z raportem z Myheritage, ale raporty zdrowotne Tellmegen wydają się naprawdę warte swojej ceny i są dużo bardziej obszerne od raportów zdrowotnych z Myheritage (zwłaszcza, jeśli ktoś nie rozumie swoich problemów ze zdrowiem i szuka wskazówek w jakim kierunku wydawać pieniądze na diagnostykę - wiadomo na NFZ nie zawsze można liczyć). Dzięki Tellmegen stałam się entuzjastką badań genetycznych!!!
