    We like to add milk and syrup to our iced coffee drinks so we inevitably use the cup it came with and another large cup. Wish this one had a measuring line for milk like some of the other iced coffee makers. First, we add the ice to the line on the cup as indicated, then we let the coffee machine fill up the cup, then we add the milk and syrup last so as not to overfill it. Then we pour it into another cup to mix it up, then pour it back into the cup we intend to use and add extra ice where possible as all the ice melts down completely from this coffee machine as it pours into the cup. Overall, it works as intended but it's not a one step process for us. We'd recommend it for a budget-friendly iced coffee option. There's also a small downfall that the machine drips sometimes even when it's in the closed position. We keep a board underneath because we have wood counters and don't want to stain them.

    I love this! It’s so simple to use and it comes with a cold cup too. It’s easy to clean as the top part comes off and the coffee filter is reusable so there’s no messing about with those little paper ones. It’s quite tall but it’s not so big that it takes up loads of room either.So far I’ve only used Sainsbury’s own coffee but it still tastes lovely, going to experiment with different syrups next. All round good purchase if you love iced coffee and it’s not expensive either. Would definitely recommend

    Generally a good machine and makes super tasty ice coffees, but gosh, the speed of it is so slow! I know it says it does it under 4 minutes but it’s really isn’t quick at all. Easy to clean, fairly decent size as well.

    Verkeerde adapter

    Ik heb een breville iced coffee brewer besteld en ontvangen. Tot mijn teleurstelling heeft Boloe een verkeerde adapter erbij geleverd. Deze witte adapter die ze er bij geleverd hebben kan je alleen gebruiken in Engeland en dus niet in Nederland waar ik woon. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klanten service van Boloe en die zeiden dat ze het heel vervelend voor mij vonden en dat ze het zo snel mogelijk zouden het oplossen. Maar ik moest zelf met de verkoper contact op nemen met een e mail wat ook nog eens in het Engels moest worden geschreven. Heb toen niks meer van de verkoper gehoord. Ik heb toen zelf een nieuwe reis adapter op Boloe besteld van 16,99. Dit vindt ik zeer teleur stellen dat ik zelf het probleem moest oplossen terwijl ze bij de klantenservice van Boloe zeiden dat lossen wij op voor je.

    Making cold iced coffee is just coffee with cold water and ice in a tall plastic container. Making hot coffee was not efficient and messy. I expected better from this product brand. Overall disappointed and after 6 months it went into the bin.
