I don't really like dates, I guess it's the texture, just like raisins. Bought this one twice now, unfortunately, last time they were out of stock and I bought from somewhere else, but no comparison! I have to hide them now because the rest of the family (who have no probs with normal dates) started to like them as well. Great as a snack for when I do cycle tours.

Enjoyed these organic dates, although found the taste to be occasionally just slightly off. Nothing majorly concerning. They do go a bit crumbly and fall apart in storage. I've found that diced figs are much better—they have a similar taste profile to dates but are firmer and don't fall apart like chopped dates do.Like all dried fruit they go great with organic nuts, and for the preppers out there, they should store well for years in a cool, dark cupboard.
