    Genuinely these were a shot in the dark having come off my anti depressants a year ago. But wow they worked, all my over thinking based anxiety was gone/massively reduced after 3 days. This could be a placebo but if it is I don’t care, it worked for me. Although these gave me a bit of nausea after a week and a stinking headache for about 3 days that all cleared up after I moved taking them to just before bed. Now I take on in the morning and one just before bed. Honestly I’m my old self again, long May it last.If your on the fence, give them a go for a couple of weeks and see if they work for you or not. As I said I was super skeptic about the benifits. I guess with anything holistic your mileage may vary, but for the reward of pretty much zero anxiety it’s worth a bash!Plus they taste half decent and are just like taking a chewy multivitamin. Decent size bottle too for the price. I took them into my GP as well and she looked over them and said they seem to be decent quality and correctly regulated for use in the UK

    After suffering frm menopausal symptoms for 3yrs and trying various tablets I tried these and I have to say for me they work, getting 7hrs sleep, mood improved alot and energy levels have went up, I did take advice and I'm taking a week off and I've noticed not sleeping as much n mood has changed slightly, will restart taking them at weekend, taste lovely and I've lost a bit of weight would recommend

    Taste great !I just tried 1st time today and it's really promising. After 1hr I felt like blood pressure coming down. In very gentle way.I took 2 gummies straight away.After 3hrs I feel little sleepy (really little), more relaxed and calm.Means straight away it works for me.It's not placebo. I'm very sensitive to changing in my body or brain. I can notice everything.Will see what the future will bring but definitely will be continuing taking them.No any sides effects After 1st use.Today I can recommend them 100% and these gummies are sooo good.Sweet and tasty. So nice way to comfort yourself having something really sweet.Amazing !

    I've been feeling worse while taking these so I'm gonna stop because I don't trust the safety of this brand now. It's a shame because I'm going to stop buying other products of the same brand.I posted a question asking if this was Ksm66 as 1200mg would be too much if it was and would be worse if it's a more potent extract than Ksm66! The ingredients also show no mention of Ginseng yet on the Bolo description section for the product it shows Ginseng being an addative which is a stimulant! Might explain why I've also had bad sleep on these as well as the dose being incorrect.

    Das ist mein erster Versuch mit Ashwagandha und ich muss bald nachbestellen.Ich schlafe deutlich besser und bin tagsüber ausgeglichener, die Gummibärchen sind ausserdem sehr lecker und nicht zu süß.

    Para los que vivimos a mil por hora, estas gominolas son la caña. Estaba super escéptica cuando las compré (que una ya a probado de todo), pero llevan conmigo dos semanas y menuda sorpresa! Me tomo dos despues de cenar y ayudan un montón a bajar revoluciones.El sabor a frambuesa está bastante conseguido, nada que ver con esas pastillas que saben a medicina. Y lo mejor es que son veganas y sin gluten, que con mi intolerancia es un punto a fabor.A mi marido tambien le encantan, dice que desde que las toma está menos tenso en el trabajo. Eso si, no espereis efectos inmediatos - hay que darles su tiempo.En resumen: si buscas algo natural para relajarte sin quedarte zombie, estas son tus gominolas!
