I must admit it's a little cheap and cheerful. I love the turquoise colour and the little turtle, its a fraction big for my wrist, but I prefer this to fitting tightly. I shall wear it, taking it off in the shower as I fear that would shorten it's life.Pretty as an everyday wear though. Service was pretty good.

Really liking this little turtle bracelet even though it’s not genuine turquoise. However that’s ok as the advert doesn’t state that it’s Turquoise only that it’s made of genuine stone which is true. Turquoise these days is usually dyed Howlite which is originally a white stone with dark striations running throughout and dyed to look like Turquoise. I’ve been around gemstones for a while so I can now tell the difference - real Turquoise is deeper in tone and has variations in colour, tone and texture whereas this is all one uniform look and colour. The colour is lovely and rich though so don’t be disappointed because Howlite has properties of its own and is known to be very calming, soothing and grounding. Physically it’s purported to help with an array of physical problems associated with teeth, bone and skeletal health as well as joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons; improving mobility and stamina. I swear it helps me to remain calmer and more positive and I’m sure I’ve noticed better mobility. This is all down to personal opinion of course and could be the good old ‘placebo effect’ but hey, if it works for you, who cares right?!Thanks for reading. Emma x
