    There are three things that changed for me in the last week that I am taking these supplements: first, after trying for six months to regulate with different medication, my blood pressure is finally normal. It must have helped that I lowered my salt intake as well, but I think resveratrol helped also. Second, my mind became a bit clearer and more focused, in a subtle way and I was able to get a lot of work done. Third, my libido has increased a bit. So, I am really pleased with the effects.In the past, I had taken a couple of times other resveratrol supplements but could not discern any difference. I am not quite sure why other comments talk about the color not being white, when the ingredients clearly state that it also comes from extract of red wine and grapeskin and these are supposed to have that brown-red color the capsules have.Overall, I am very happy and planning to continue.

    What's not to like about the health aspects of grape skins? Used since ancient times, these are known to help reduce blood pressure, reduce bad cholesterol and act as an antioxidant in the removal of free radicals. I've been pre-diabetic for a year, and although I've taken action to reduce the symptoms, resveratrol has really helped. I've also been taking resveratrol to combat prescribed medication which I learned contained toxins. Feeling good.This highly potent, two months' supply of capsules represents good value for money.     I borderline worship Reservatrol, and NMN... so I'm not sure about this one.Reservatrol is amazing.It has been brought back to the fore by David Sinclair, a doctor with a research focus on lifespan and longevity.It's traditionally derived from red grapes and Japanese Knotweed - this one is derived from Japanese Knotweed Extract (and this may be an issue... I'll come to that) - and it is an extremely powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants can slow cellular damage that lead to, for example, heart disease and cancer, and antioxidants are known to slow down many of the signs of aging like wrinkles. It's about as close to a de-ageing elixir as we know about.In vitro tests have also shown that Reservatrol inhibits the replication of The Virus of Unknown Origin, too.But, here's the thing: good quality Reservatrol is generally derived from Japanese Knotweed Root... this is derived from the extract. I don't know if that's a bit of linguistic jiggerypokery, but I can't really find anything that explains the difference. Equally, it would also explain why this Reservatrol is about a third of the price of other Reservatrol brands I've tried.So the jury is very much out. To be honest, at the moment I'm not really feeling too many of the benefits like I have with others, but it's possible that's psychological because I'm slightly doubtful.But if you're on a budget, and you want to dip merely the smallest of toes in Reservatrol, this is probably a good place to start.

    According to the wonderful David Sinclair, who has brought resveratrol to mine and many others attention, resveratrol should be white in colour and if it's brown, throw it away. Guess what colour this is? Yes,brown. Make your own mind up but I won't be wasting any more of my money on this product.
