I have to say, this is hands down the best probiotic I have ever used and I only take 1 capsule a day (half the recommended dosage). I have used other well regarded brands in the past ( e.g. Nutrivita) but I can definitely say, this one takes the top spot, especially because it has the added digestive enzymes which I think play a major role in the effectiveness. My digestion is just absolutely spot on, no bloating, minimal passing of gas and at that odur free. I'm very impressed and this will be my staple go to probitoic !Edit: I have recently upped my dosage to the recommended 2 capsules and I can say that beneficial effects as aformentioned have been very noticeably boosted !

Delivery was quick and on time as usual for Bolo. These capsules are easy to swallow i had no problems with that. But sadly they didn't seem to suit me. On the first day they made me vomit. Very strange not had this problem before. I carried on with them forover a month no more vomiting. I had no other side effects except constipation. They are full of goodness, they obviously suit lots of people just not me. Shame but it's a chance you take with new suppliments. The seller helped with advice the best they could. I tried different ways of taking them. Sad for me as they looked good.

Bought these to help with gut issues and constipation. They have no effect. Probiotics usually make me feel much better and allow for more regular bowel movements. This had the opposite effect for bowel movements. Those less than half the price work much better to do the job. Not sure if it may have denatured due to hotter weather conditions during transport, but these are by far the most disappointing probiotics i have tried and i have gone through many brands over the years.

Having struggled with an 'unpredictable' stomach for as long as I can remember, I did some research which led me to these tablets. I'm now on my second bottle and they've improved my digestive issues no end. Highly recommended!

Actualmente tengo obesidad. He tenido varios trastornos digestivos los últimos años, que me han cambiado el metabolismo de forma radical. Este producto ya lo he probado 3 veces en períodos en que he tenido hinchazón o me han tratado con antibióticos. El resultado siempre es bueno 😃 baja la hinchazón abdominal, mejora la consistencia de las deposiciones y un 3er efecto que ya puedo confirmar es que si tienes mucha grasa abdominal, junto con una disminución en el consumo de azúcar + ejercicio, te ayuda a bajar de peso más rápido. Llevo casi un mes y ya he conseguido bajar de peso, cosa que el resto del año, haciendo la misma actividad física no había logrado. Digamos que contiene cepas que te ayudan a consumir la grasa. Eso sí, hay que mantener la actividad física y controlar el consumo de azúcar sino, se vuelve a subir de peso rápidamente. Alargaré el período de tratamiento a ver qué tal.

Mit Nahrungsergänzungen hab ich es ja nicht so aber manches ist sinnvoll und dann sollte man die modernen Möglichkeiten zur Ergänzung nutzen. Mangelnder Schlaf,Stress , Medikamente (z.B. Antibiotika) oder auch eine unausgewogene Ernährung führen schnell zu Ungleichgewicht in unserem Verdauuungssystem. Ich hab verschiedene Probiotika probiert und die hier habe ich nun schon das zweite Mal gekauft, weil sie gut zu mir passen. da muß man ein wenig probieren um die Unterschiede und die Verträglichkeit zu testen. Ich habe bei diesem Produkt keine Probleme (Unverträglichkeiten) wie bei anderen Produkten - statt dessen habe ich ein rundum gutes "Bauchgefühl".Meine Empfehlung "ja" aber ganz sicher keine Garantie. Dafür ist die Verdauung ein zu individuelles Feld.Kurz gesagt - einen Versuch ist es wert und meinen habe ich nicht bereut. Ich hoffe es hilft Euch wie mir.

Ho iniziato a prendere questo integratore per migliorare la digestione e rinforzare il sistema immunitario dopo una brutta disbiosi intestinale.L'integratore è interessante per la combinazione di probiotici e prebiotici (con ben 60 miliardi di batteri per dose!) e la contemporanea presenza di zinco e degli enzimi digestivi che a migliorare la digestione e a mantenere il sistema immunitario forte.Utile pertanto anche per avere meno gonfiore e gas.Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un integratore efficace per riequilibrare il microbiota intestinale, la salute digestiva e il sistema immunitario.
