I bought this as the Anti Leg Cramps (also by NaveH) is not available which is a pity as it really helped with my nightly leg (quad) cramps. I'm not to sure about the Magnox as the cramp has returned but only for a few seconds rather than 5to10 mins before I took the former tablets. To be fair the cramps may be a result of other of my health issues.
