Since writing below review the darn thing isn't working properly.We always had to turn it off at the tap at the top of the fitting after every use as it'd drip if not, but it never really bothered me but now it just won't push the water through. Checked for limescale build up and it's not that. It just seems to have lost ability to pressurise.This started happening about 2 months in but I have been preoccupied with new baby and could have really used this thing let me tell you!So not particularly impressed. If I'd of known the paint would chip on fitting, which spoils the look and this would happen I would never have purchased.I ummmed and ahhhed about this a little bit as was hesitant it would be up to much. We also haven't used bidets ourselves before but with the cost of things these days and the ridiculous toilet roll fiasco with COVID, the fact we have a potty training toddler, another on the way and me with Crohn's disease, we thought it may be of use at some point 😂The product itself was ok to fit, however, like others have said, it did leak a bit. It needs to be super tight of course and I think the other half struggled a bit. But once we got there it's great.I'm a bit annoyed that the coating has come off in a few places but that's likely a careless hubby rather than the product itself.It looks nice and smart. It's suprisingly powerful. Obviously it's cold water so takes some bravery and getting used to but has been a valuable addition and is regularly used by the adults in the house.My partner is not quite sold on using cotton flannels to dry with so he's still using (a much smaller amount of) loo roll to dry with, but I just bought 29p flannels from home bargains and have a small bin beside the loo and it's working out really well.I like that it has a on/off tap at the join so it means we can switch it into the off position when not in use so little one can't decide to hose down the bathroom while unattended....for now anyway.I'd recommend this product to anyone but just be super careful with installation and coating coming off.

It’s a sleek looking and performing shower but leaks from the shower area. The seller has not contacted after 5 days so I need it desperately but can’t keep with a leak my toilet floor carpet is already a mess and I need to attend that. But without a leak it’s all stars to it.

I have never used one of these before, but after some research decided to give it a try. After reading many reviews I decided on this. I'm very impressed and should have got one sooner. I have given the family a very amusing talk on how to use. Looks good, easy to install and great price. I obviously have nothing to compare it with, but can still recommend.

Nice item with great finish. Installation wasn't bed. The only reason I took off 1 star is there's always water on it's head and you get drips even when you didn't press! However overall it's a nice sprayer.
