I’ve had this for 2 years and it’s been on multiple trips- abroad and camping (including DofE groups) and it’s never let me down so far.Battery life is great (just charged 7 phones and still on 40%).Downside (minimally annoying) is that it takes a while to charge up, but worth the money!! If in doubt of buying one, this has good functionality, good price point, and travel portability

Good powerbank. Charged my phone 5 times from it being dead. Takes a while to re charge but I allow for that. Its not too heavy or large to take in handbag so I am happy with my purchase.

Useful device, but the instructions are minimalistic.The power button is unintuitive and not covered in the instructions. The device is powered on by a single click of the button or powers on automatically when a device is connected. To power it off, you need to double-click the button, or it will power off automatically after a short time if nothing is connected. If you press and hold the button (like powering off a phone or tablet), the state of charge display goes to a flashing 0% for some unknown reason, and the only way I've found to recover functionality is to connect the device to a charger.Will not do super fast charging on my Samsung phone; the best it does is fast charging.I affixed some small self-adhesive rubber feet to the back to stop it skidding about.

Because the big phone manufacturers intentionally build a shelf-life limit into their £1000 bricks, it is inevitably the case that phones stop functioning as they should long before the hardware itself is truly out of date. This is particularly the case with batteries in iPhones, especially those in the 8-11 range. The substandard batteries operate at 100% capacity when new, but before you blink - or if, like sane people, you buy pre-owned iPhones - they are soon only managing to operate at 80% capacity.For the busy user this means that your phone may not last you the day, making it unreliable, frustrating and no longer a pleasure to use. Previously the only worthwhile choice was to a) keep the screen brightness on 6% until your eyesight is gone or b) go to the only kind of shop that now inhabits our local high street and get your friendly shopkeeper at "UnloK URiFone" to fit another substandard battery for £20 while you vape.All this is to say, no need to worry about all that now. This powerbank is light, has a huge storage capacity, enables charging for multiple devices at once, doesn't get too hot, and won't leave you stuck without phone charge at a crucial moment in Pokemon Go.

Whilst this product is fair enough value for a battery, don't be fooled by the ridiculous statement of this having a 26,800mAh capacity. It doesn't. It has approximately 6,700mAh capacity! I've been charging and discharging this battery for a few weeks now and it's never gone over 7,000mAh whilst recharging from 100% flat.The photo shows a 25% charge has taken 1670mAh which will result in a 6,680mAh full capacity.That's 400% less capacity than advertised. I have absolutely no idea how this company is allowed to advertise these batteries as 26,800mAh capacity. This is just wrong on several levels.Yes, it's okay value and it does charge at 18W and discharge at about the same...but to advertise this as being FOUR times the actual capacity, is not on.

I just bought a second. This power bank lasts ages, charges my phone several times and can even power my macbook air slowly using USB-C PD.It charges the MacBook at 18W (9v, 2a I think) which is typically enough to increase charge while using. The only issue I find is that it will not charge the Mac if it has already run out of power. To do so you need to keep trying to get it to turn on to encourage the power bank to send charge. I reckon you could get around this by charging from one of the USB 2.0 ports, not the USB-C port. Anyway, not been an issue for me but something to be aware of.I bought a second as the battery on my first was losing capacity it seemed. However this is not unexpected. This power bank has been heavily used while traveling and camping in my campervan which has no leisure battery.Good buy!Adding to this review: I bought a second and experienced the same issue as other reviewers - the powerbank died at 30%, going straight to 0.I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a new powerbank to replace my faulty one. No trouble at all. These things happen and these guys offered fantastic customer service.Haven't tested out the new one yet, but if it's all good I might even buy a third!

Feels reassuringly heavy and whilst some people don't like wieght to me, it indicates that it's decent tech, not cheap filler. I have had ADDTOP before and found them good. The pack was charged from the mains and charged quickly. I have already used it on the tablet and the usage registered as minimal indicating that the description of 26800 mAh is right. The USB slot seems a little stiff but better that than loose. MY last ADDTOP lasted about 2-3 years and only broke because I forgot and left it in the rain! PLeased with the purchase

Charging perfectly with good speed , however the product saying it’s 26800MAH that’s not looking true . I am charging my 13 pro always with this battery pack but it’s just charging it twice from 0 to 100%. Apart from this all things are perfect
