I was delighted to see this gorgeous stuff for sale and jumped at the chance to buy it. Even the packaging looks great and the fragrance of the garlic is just sensational as you open it! There is a whole lot of lovely product crammed into that bag and I intend to use it on and in as many meals and snacks as humanly possible!It arrived very quickly too, which was just perfect thank you.

To be fair, I didn’t know what dry wild garlic would smell or taste like but this isn’t remotely like fresh wild garlic. It’s smells more like tea and not even a hint of garlic to me. Sadly won’t be using.

L'aglio ursino, in realtà una pianta selvatica bulbosa di cui si usano le foglie triturate, è un eccellente sostituto dell'aglio tradizionale. Ne ha l'aroma, ma... non i fastidiosi effetti collaterali in fase digestiva. Noi lo utilizziamo da anni e, quello di questa marca, si è rivelato di ottima qualità
