Not sure I would ever be able to fill to 3ltr as the full marker is past the filler opening, the amount held was sufficient for a day a lengthy hike., doesn't leak and seems robust.

I purchased the item over a month ago for a hike I’m taking this weekend. I opened the bag it came in and there was a sand like substance inside and the item was damaged. There was a hole in the corner. I would have returned the item but I’m sadly outside my 4 week return period which is a shame as some of the reviews are great

It is much better to have a water bladder than a regular water bottle on hikes. Cleaning is not the easiest, but almost all the water bladders I've had in the past and all the ones with a similar design have had this issue.
