    I have tried many multivitamins and ended up having to take them in individual formats because it worked better for me that way. I gave this a go and it works for me.It is also easy enough to swallow. I went for a blood test and was told I had good levels of the key vitamins and minerals, so that is confirmation that it is working.

    Would love to give this product 5 stars. I have been using it in conjunction with magnesium solfate tablets and I can honestly say I feel the difference. I feel great and my energy levels have even increased which is good The only downfall, which loses its final star, is the smell. As the product is so great I’ve been able to push past it, but I do usually have to take these tablets by holding my nose. It has a very strong scent.

    Well, I read the reviews, some saying they taste and smell foul, nope, not my lot anyhow, more a sort of Sanatogen smell, I don't mind it, the tablets are small enough to go down easily, and I really feel the benefit. I only take one a day, as my diet is pretty good, and I have Hashimotos, so need to be careful about iodine, but yes, I'll stick with these, I reckon. Late middle age, any bit of help is useful! And I don't have digestive issues with them either, actually, come to think of it IBS has disappeared, I wonder if there is a connection? I paid for these, only discovered them on Bolo and kind of liked the sound of them, no paid review here. They feel good to me.

    The product is 5 star. It's high quality and I like that the team is extremely researched. The buyer SHOULD NOTE that taking on iron isn't always a good thing. This particular product has EXTRA IRON. I have been taking these supplements for over 2 years now and I have accumulated EXCESS iron. This is a dangerous condition because the body doesn't simply dump iron. I need to perform regular phlebotomy to get rid of the excess iron I have accumulated in my body.Before taking any supplements, perform a DETAILED blood panel. The one your general doctor gives you and says "you are healthy as a horse" is not enough! You need more data before putting things into your body. Learn from my mistake.

    L'ho ricomprato perchè sicuramente come contenuto di minerali è il migliore che ho trovato su Bolo. Non molti sanno leggere le etichette a quanto pare. Altrimenti saprebbero che la forma di B12 meticolbalamina di questo integratore è molto meglio della cianocobalamina, in genere tossica e presente negli integratori comuni, per giunta in quantità esagerata (che predispone al cancro al polmone). Per non parlare del metilfolato rispetto all'acido folico che, per essere utilizzato dal corpo in forma di folato, deve passare attraverso numerose reazioni, mentre i folati sono subito metabolizzati nel piccolo intestino. Oltre a non essere immediatamente disponibile per l’utilizzo, l’acido folico può diventare pericoloso quando si accumula: diversi studi l’hanno associato ad un aumentato rischio di cancro al colon.Quantità ottima pure di selenio rispetto ai soliti integratori.E poi il mio preferito: il glicinato di zinco invece dei soliti ossido, gluconato o citrato che sono meno biodisponibili e che danno enorme nausea.Se pensate che tutti i minerali e vitamine siano uguali, sappiate che non è così e la qualità in base alla loro forma è molto diversa.Inutile andare sul risparmio e acquistare prodotti inefficaci e dannosi, altrimenti si perde il senso stesso dell'integrazione. Allora a quel punto meglio non prender nulla!Io direi che questo prodotto vale il suo prezzo e anche di più, ricordiamo infatti che le compresse sono molte. Peccato solo per l'assenza del Magnesio

    Dieses Produkt ist auf dem neuesten Stand und der Hersteller hat sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht.Gerade bei den B-Vitaminen wird die bioaktive Form verwendet, die nicht mehr vom Körper umgewandelt werden muss. Ich habe dies als sehr bekömmlich empfunden, denn ich vertrage - so wie viele Menschen - z. B. keine Folsäure, sondern nur Folat.Ich nehme das Produkt nun seit mehreren Monaten ein und fühle mich sehr wohl damit.Es verträgt sich auch sehr gut mit meiner Histaminintoleranz.

    I'm so glad I found this. I have to take Bs in the methylated versions, and not in the mega doses that most complexes provide. I'd been trying food-based multis, such as Garden of Life, which contain reasonable doses but also (due to the particular food sources) various phytoestrogens, which can be problematic for me. So in lieu of a multi, I was buying individual, methylated Bs and breaking them into tiny bits to get doses I can tolerate. The Bs alleviate my depression and brain fog, but if I take too much or the wrong form, they make me irritable and/or give me insomnia. So I was grateful to find this multi, which has reasonable doses and, furthermore, comes in tablets that provide flexibility with dosing, because not only is the full dose divided into two tablets, but the tablets are scored and can be cut in half (or even quarters) very cleanly, with no crumbling. I probably won't be able to take the full 2 tablets, but I can take half a tablet and get enough Bs (for me).So far, so good. Yes, they have an odor (from the iron, perhaps?) but I don't mind that at all, for all the benefits I get from these.Edit: Keeping them in the fridge reduces the odor.
