    Oh I love this and so happy with my purchase and had a reduced price too! I have had a cheap blender for some time and it’s ok but that’s all it is. So splashed out and treated myself to this just before Christmas. The blender makes soup making a doddle and the masher- WOW! I thought my mash might be a bit sloppy but the taste and consistency were just perfect. Would highly recommend and see the difference from cheaper models!

    This is a nice budget option hand blender. Solidly made, reassuringly weighty. The blender attachment is really wide and makes short work of blending a soup. It's quite noisy but could be worse. Squeeze both buttons on the handle to release the attachment. It can be a bit tricky.The only negative is the inevitable staining on the attachments. They are white, so blending anything with tomatoey goodness will leave behind an orange hue. You can if course buy metal blenders but they're no good if you want to to blend in non stick pans.You also cannot put the attachments in the dishwasher which is a shame.

    My old one packed in after 15 years of using , so I wanted an update of course , arrived 2 days early, registered easily , washed and tried it straight away creaming vegetable soup , very pleased , just like larger versions I used when I was a chef ( now retired) very well made and what I like is the blades don’t have downward flares on them to scrape pan while in use , reference the white potato creamer colouring , it adds character and doesn’t taint your food , Very good purchase Ndlike other Kenwood devices I have will last years

    This blender replaced an ancient handheld blender that finally gave up the ghost about 2 months ago. The Kenwood blender is very sturdy and powerful and so versatile. During the last few weeks, I have used it for blending soups, marinades, making potato mash and sauces. The blender works effortlessly thought various textures and makes perfectly blended concoctions. There is a normal speed and power button that definitely differ in speed and the head is large enough to make blending a quick affair. The plastic cup that comes with the set is perfect for blending ingredients for marinates and sauces, even when dry as the blades are powerful enough to work their way through them. The parts are ease to assemble and take apart and super quick to clean under the tap or in a dishwasher.

    Creamy smooth lump free mash, tasty vegetable or chicken soups! Love using this hand blender, I put it straight into my cooked ingredients in the saucepan and it does the job it’s supposed to do easily! I’ve had one of these for several years now and bought this one for my son as a gift (at his request!!)
