    I’ve not been able to eat food for over 5 years without being in agony afterwards for most of the month. I started using these a couple of days ago and I am virtually pain free. The pain was so bad I would vomit and be unable to move and this has reduced this by around 80%. Thank you so much. For info I have IBS, endometriosis and adenomyosis.

    These helped a little but not enough. I am on the personalisation stage of the low fodmap diet, I can have moderate fodmap amounts but not a lot, and I hoped these tablets would allow me to have the occasional "cheat" meal, giving me more freedom when we ate out. I started with a meal that I know upsets my stomach a little the next day due to a small amount of garlic puree. The first time I swallowed the capsules before eating. The next day I had stomach ache all day and an upset stomach, the tablets didn't seem to have any effect. Two days later I had the same meal and emptied the capsules onto my first bite of food, as I'd read of people doing in other reviews. Symptoms the following day were practically non existent, so this seemed to work better. However when I tried to increase the fodmap amounts to higher levels (I tested a high fodmap amount of onion, instead of my usual moderate amount) I had a bad stomach the next day. So for me, I think these tablets may minimize the symptoms a little but not enough to allow me to have any kind of food freedom. I won't be purchasing again and I'm sorry I wasted my money. It's a shame they don't offer a "sample" amount, it's frustrating paying for 120 tablets when they don't work.

    I thought I’d never be able to eat pizza or Indian food or a million other things ever again but now I can! I take one pill right before eating, and dump the second capsule right onto my food and eat it. I don’t know why, but this method has given me the best results. So glad these pills exist.

    For the last four years, we’ve been trying to figure out what has been ruining my wife’s digestion. She wouldn’t eat all day if she had to leave the house. It was destroying her mental health, causing severe anxiety and she was becoming agoraphobic. We found out it was Fructooligosaccharides in garlic and onions - which is in everything - and Fodmate has put her back on the road to normalcy. We can eat out without anny emergency bathroom stops, down from two or three stops, and she isn’t anxiety ridden about eating. This stuff is magic.

    Works, but may have to adjust quantity

    This product works better if you take the capsules apart and sprinkle the powder on the food. The powder is tasteless, so it does not alter the taste. And, if you are eating a lot of high Fodmap foods, you will haveto use more than two capsules to avoid problems.

    Works On Fructan

    These are the ONLY enzymes on the retail market that works on fructan. All other enzymes selling on Bolo would give a vague description of how they "help with FODMAPs", but none of them can help you with fructan.I don't like how expensive these pills are, but they really work on lactose, fructose, GOS, and fructan. They don't seem to work on polyol, which is not something you would know just reading the manufacturer's description of this product.The bottom line is, if you can afford these, consider your FODMA intolerance cured.

    I've been diagnosed with SIBO, and struggle with digesting basic nutrients known as FODMAPS. I'm in the process of testing available enzymes to see if they will help me eat more nutritious foods without the constant cycle of bloating/gerd/vomiting/diarrhea that leaves me anemic & undernourished. I invested in a bottle of these HUGELY OVERPRICED enzymes. Took all but a few @ three per meal. THEY HAD NO EFFECT. I've had better luck with at least one less expensive brand.In general, these types of supplements tend to be over hyped and over priced, and there is no logical system for labeling them to allow consumers to compare reading the label. So it's the guinea pig path for me. In addition, everyone's system is individual. Some here have said they found relief using these. I didn't. I will try another brand.
