Impulsively bought this as I was super intrigued by the system, and I’ve not been disappointed. A few niggles to get used to for me but it’s absolutely brilliant build and audio quality more than makes up for the smaller inconveniences of switching off after turning on sometimes. All needs doing it to power it on again and works absolutely fine - and might be a system/user issue on my side. Almost faultless product, very comfortable for long use and great battery life. highly recommend.

Absolute piece of garbage, worst headset ive ever had the displeasure of using. Usually a big supporter of Roccat headsets but this is the worst thing theyve every brought out. Connection starts with an annoying loud woman repeating the same 3 phrases everytime you start it up followed by a loud crack after each phrase. Fact that its bluetooth wireless messes with Windows 11 so doesnt know whether it wants to connect via bluetooth or not as a headset or a speaker. Volume wheel on the side doesnt work if its connected as a headset only a speaker. Equalizer worked for me about 3 times in total. doesn't hold the shape super flimsy weak headband that slips down gradually with prolonged wear. Docking station is beyond garbage, 3 tiny little prongs that have to exactly line up to charge the headset except getting them to line up is anything but straight forward. Docking station HAS to be connected to laptop/pc at all times otherwise the headset wont work so not truly wireless. Charge said to hold for way longer than you actually get, i mange to get about 8-9 hours before it says its dying which is trash. DO NOT BUY THIS P*O*S

I love the design of this headset, and I love the sound. But Swarm is just horrible and Roccat should have left that particular application to control RGB lighting as that's all that it's good for.I've had several issues with the microphone not being recognised by games and when updating software the headset had a meltdown and I had to use the recovery tool to fix it.Never have I spent so much time messing around with sound settings to get a headset to work reliabily.

Had them for a few months, then stress cracks started to form which lead to them becoming impossible to wear, luckily i contacted roccat support who said it was a hardware issue, and Bolo let me return and get my money back.

Shame because these are pretty comfortable and the sound quality is good.The software was also good - loads of adjustments.Bluetooth worked simultaneously from a phone or TV when listening to the computer which is what I was looking for. Not a fan of all the LED lighting but you can turn that off too.But the left adjuster was too loose - so for example, if you lifted the headset from the charger the earcup would change position, annoying as the right adjuster was solid. I could've used some gorilla tape to keep it in place but decided to return them and ended up with the arctis nova 7.

It’s a shame because it is designed really nicely and the box makes the entire product seem worth it but on the technical side it is shocking the Bluetooth often messes up and it usually doesn’t connect. The charging dock is incredibly problematic and the lights are so obnoxious and unclear

Bought them to use on PS5, they would initially pair but then disconnect once you try to pair the device and comes up on the screen with an error code and says that the device isn’t supported, DO NOT BUY IF WANTING TO USE ON PS5

Malgré tout les avis négatif j'ai quand même décidé de commander ce casque et j'ai bien fait.La qualité audio est très bonne, par contre celle du micro est médiocre mais je n'en ai pas l'utilité car j'ai déjà un micro externe. Certains commentaires disaient que le temps de charge sur la station est très lente mais c'est normal car elle est branchée sur l'ordinateur et c'est pas fait pour recharger, ça serait comme recharger son téléphone avec son ordi. C'est pour cela que je laisse charger un peu sur le socle mais quand le casque à vraiment besoin de recharger alors j'utilise mon chargeur de téléphone qui est très rapide.Par contre pour connecter le socle au pc c'était assez rude, il faut pas brancher les deux câbles n'importe comment sur la carte mère, et surtout quand (si vous faites comme moi) vous rechargez le casque avec un chargeur autre que le socle il faudra veiller à bien rebrancher le casque avec le câble du socle sinon il sera plus appareilléFaut-il encore voir si il reste aussi bien dans le temps, j'ai quand même pris une assurance de 3 ans pour seulement 6€ de plus à cause des nombreux avis négatifs comme ça je suis sûr de ne pas regretter.Pour conclure je recommande ce casque car j'ai contourné tout les problèmes soulignés par les avis négatifs ce qui en fait un casque vraiment excellent, si vous voulez un casque pour son audio et son micro par contre je vous le recommande pas du tout ou alors d'acheter un micro externe à part, mais pour 100€ je suis très content de mon achat.

Top Headset, jeden Cent wert!
Diese Bewertung basiert auf dem Vergleich mit ähnlichen Produkten aus derselben und/oder einer ähnlichen Preiskategorie.Als das Headset dann endlich da war, gab es bei der sehr hochwertigen Verpackung den ersten "WOW" Effekt. Da hat Roccat ein tolles Ergebnis erzielt.Nun aber zum Headset:Der Tragekomfort ist einfach top! Super bequem und das Material welchen letztendlich auf dem Kopf aufliegt, ist super angenehm.Die Akkulaufzeit ist wie vom Hersteller beschrieben und reicht absolut aus. Laden kann man es sowohl in der Halterung als auch via USB-Kabel während der Nutzung.Die Tonqualität ist natürlich über die Roccat Swarm Software kinderleicht einstellbar und es sind viele Möglichkeiten geboten, um die eigenen Bedürfnisse zu befriedigen.Da das Mikrofon abnehmbar ist, kann man das Syn Max wie normale Kopfhörer nutzen, was ich persönlich auch mache und nur empfehlen kann. Aber auch die Mikrofon-Qualität ist okay, genau das, was man von einem Headset in dieser Preisklasse erwartet. Üblicherweise nutzt man ja ohnehin ein externes Mikrofon.Sämtliche Kritiken und angebliche Fehlfunktionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Oftmals scheitert es bei den Leuten selbst, die etwas nicht verstehen, sich dann aber zu schade sind, einen Blick in die Anleitung zu werfen.Was ich abschließend noch sehr positiv anmerken muss:Man sieht, dass Roccat aus den eigenen Fehlern lernt. Die "Elo Headset" Reihe von Roccat war auch okay, aber wies in der Verarbeitung Schwachstellen auf. Oft ist an identischen Stellen etwas abgebrochen. Diese Stellen wurden in der neuen Reihe komplett überarbeitet und schlichtweg verbessert. Die Verarbeitung ist bei diesem Produkt top!
