Eight solid pieces of beeswax, each large enough to work with and each of a high quality. They were firm in my hands and not at all oily or greasy. Warmed, they softened nicely without any residual grit. The scent is minimal and not the overpowering honey scent I have had from some other bee products.Overall, I am very happy with this product.
