The shirt is not very long, and is more shorter side than anything else so I wear a T-shirt over as I go to the gym

Another gamble with sizing, looking at the previous reviews left I chose the xxl for my 45" chest / 32" waist. I was hoping for something that provided enough close fitting but not too much so to be claustrophic or a battle to remove when finished as this is when things get torn. So after the 10 or so times that I have worn this shirt when training its still holding out well with no tears or losing its shape.The actual fit turned out to be a good fit on the chest area and not too baggy round the waist which I did expect to be more as I do have a bit of the Adonis v taper which even normal fitted tees can at times leave a little room around the waist. There is some looseness around the waist but not as much as some shirts that I have tried so happy, especially when try to remove it when clinging to my sweaty body.Is it doing the job? Well its certainly making me sweat loads more which no doubt is releasing some of the toxins through my skin. Weightloss wise thats going to come down to diet too and as I am on a mini cut at the moment I am progressing well so in combination training, nutrition and well may as give credit to the shirt too I have no grumbles.

Vraiment un excellent produit... je l'ai utilisé deux fois et il se sent bien sur la peau comme une deuxième peau ou quelque chose comme ça, il est mince mais très extensible et durable en même temps. Je mesure 186 cm et environ 87 kg, j'ai acheté la taille xl et elle se sent bien assez lâche mais pas trop serrée, je descendrai probablement à une taille L dans les deux prochains mois, si vous l'aimez plus serrée sur la peau, je vous suggère de commander une taille en dessous, mais néanmoins un excellent produit et je le recommanderai certainement 👍⭐️
