This biotin supplement come as a 6 month supply of small soft gels in a resealable pouch. They are small and tasteless, easy to swallow. I started taking these supplements as after losing 3 and 1/2 stone calorie counting I ended up losing a lot of my hair due to eating to little. I have since supper my eating and have started to notice regrowth in my hair but I am also taking these supplements to help with the regrowth strength and condition. At £5.99 for a 6 month supply £1 per month is a good price.

I have only started taking them so obviously can’t see results just yet. But they are easy to swallow and don’t have any flavour. The instructions are easy to follow. Overall happy!

At around a fiver these are certainly create value for money. Especially considering you’re getting six months supply. The soft gels are very easy to swallow and you get 180 of them in the porch. The recommended serving as one daily. They ingredients include both beeswax and gelatin for the capsule. So vegetarians and vegans will have to look elsewhere. You get an extremely long expiry date of almost 3 years from the time of purchase. Each capsule gives you 12,000 µg of biotin.
